~Hello Beautifuls! I just got back from my long intersession LOL. Thanks for reading and I hope evrything is well for you. Enjoy!!!~
I hear a twig snap behind me.
"Tae-Jung stop." I say.
I look around but see nothing.
"Ok, let's go." I whisper. Nobody is allowed to come here except us. Nobody.
"What?" Tae-Jung says. I roll my eyes.
"It's nothing. Probably just some aegyo animal." I reply, thinking.
When we arrive at the waterfall, I take a deep breath. It feels like forever since I've been here, but I don't know why.
I sit down under the tree and draw in the red dirt. I hear a leaf crackle, but neither of us are walking or moving our feet. I notice he's standing up, but hes not moving.
I look up into the forest and see a smug but flabbergasted Seo-Yeon in a bare spot inbetween trees. I smack Tae-Jung's ankle and he looks at me, then where I'm looking. He sighs and swears.
Oh my God. Seriously? Her here? Why why why?
She starts to walk over and I stand up. Tae-Jung touches my shoulder and I look down and back up a bit. Then he walks over.
"Seo-Yeon why are you here?"
"I came for you, boo."
"Don't. Call me that."
"Fine. But I still came for you anyway. Let's ditch her and we can go to my house. My parents are gone for the year."
She motioned closer and raised her hand to grab his shirt. Tae grabbed her hand and lowered it sort of harshly.
"No, no no. Seo-Yeon, I don't like you."
"So you LOVE me?"
"No, Seo-Yeon. I do NOT love you. I love Hyun-Ae."
I blink a couple of times.
"You love HER? She's a dumb, boring, freaking ROCK!!!"
"No. She's not. If she's a rock, she's a beautiful, creative, colorful rock that in some way is super wise and smart. If anything, you're the rock that is dull, ordinary, and in all means rude. Hyun-Ae is wise and loving. The opposite of you."
Seo-Yeon froze. She looked a mix of scared, offended, and outraged. She sputtered.
"Fine." Is all she said. She turned around, but whipped around and sprinted at me. Faster than Tae's mind could register.
Once she reached me, I grabbed her wrist and twisted it. She yelped and drew back, but I kicked her stomach and she stumbled back. She tried running at me again, but Tae-Jung pushed her off the cliff.
Then everything froze.
"Seriously? Show off." I said. "But impressive, I guess." He smiled. I ran and jumped off the cliff, then stopped mid-air. I slowly made my was down to her and carried her up. I lied her down under the tree and tied her to it in a knot.
I brushes off my hands and said, "She'll survive. Maybe she won't join school for the next few days. Maybe a fortnight, but she'll survive. Maybe. I think...... Probably not." Tae shrugged.
"Come on Hyuny. Let's go." I blinked.
"Di you just call me Hyuny? As in, like, Honey?" He shrugged again. "Fine, Taetae. Let's go."
He giggled and we took the long way home.
