Chapter 4: The Summoning Of Water and Earth

Hey everyone, I am sooooo happy because I have reached over sixty people seeing the description of my book and over fifty people reading it. I would like to give a shoutout to my BFF Brooke, thanks for helping and supporting me through this. This chapter is mostly about Sage and Lily, enjoy!!!

Sage's P.O.V

Lily and I are running right now, trying to keep up with Windstorm.

"Crap! They got away!" I said, huffing and puffing. Gasping for air.

"So much for spying on them." Lily replied beside me, her hands on her knees, gasping for air also.

We were planning on spying on Fane and Jaque's date, but we didn't know Fane was planning on taking Windstorm. Once we had calmed down, we decided to take a walk. Lily and I ended up in the part of the forest we didn't know.

"Hey Lily, what's over there?" I asked, pointing to some vines.

"I don't know, let's check it out!"

We walked towards the vines to get a closer look. I put my hand through, expecting rock to be behind it, but I just fell through. Lily started giggling, she looked cute, WAIT, WHAT. I stood up, feeling heat rising up to my cheeks.

Lily's P.O.V

Sage fell through the vines, which I thought was kind of funny. He quickly stood up and started blushing like mad, which looked kind of cute, WAIT, WHAT.

We decided to look down the cave and came up to a beautiful stream with a small waterfall and water lilies. Vines are climbing up the rocks everywhere. It's beautiful in here. I turn my head to see Sage staring at me. I looked into his deep blue eyes. Light blue like water but deep like its depth.

I started getting lost in his eyes and it looked like he started getting lost in mine until something grabbed him and pulled him into the water.

Sage's P.O.V

I was starting to get lost into Lily's beautiful mud brown eyes when I suddenly got pulled in the water by something, pulling me into a small pool. It kept pulling down, down towards the waters depth. I started freaking out until I started hear a voice.

"Silently splashing and splashing through the night"

"The moonlights reflection of the water surface bright"

"Waterfalls splashing at their one destination"

"Mighty storms coming without hesitation"

"Sage, hear my sound"

"For that I am bound"

"Come to me before the evil slaughters"

"So you can be bound, Sage Waters"

After hearing that, my vision started getting blurry, then my vision went black. I felt something pull me up to the surface and lay me on the cold rock.

"SAGE, SAGE!!!" I heard someone yelling my name frantically. I opened my eyes weakly and I saw Lily leaning over me, dripping wet.

"Wh...what's wrong? What happened?" I said, putting my hand to my forehead because I got a splitting headache.

"I don't know, you were pulled in the pool by what looked water and fell in. I jumped in and pulled you back up. I thought your were de.." She suddenly stopped because I interrupted her with a kiss.

Lily's P.O.V

I was rambling off when I suddenly felt a warm pair of lips on mine. I was in shock at first but then I kissed back. We broke apart to get some air.

"You just kissed me!" I said, surprise in my voice.

"Yeah, sorry. I've had a crush on you like forever and I couldn't help it. I couldn't find a way to shut you up from ram--" he didn't get to finish because I kissed him this time.

"Now it's your turn to shut up," I said smiling.

I told him I would be right back, I was going to get some water. I was walking towards the stream when I felt the ground starting to shake. Rocks and plants started to surround me while the ground is still shaking, then I heard a voice.

"Ivy twisting around"

"Rocks tearing from the ground"

"Plants rising high"

"The earth no longer being shy"

"Lily, hear my sound"

"For that I am bound"

"Come to me as it means"

"So you can be bound, Lily Greens"

After the voice stopped, my world went black.

Sage's P.O.V

I saw Lily drop to the ground and I raced over to her quickly. I heard her mumble something.

"The summoning of earth"

The she was out. I thought about what she said. What I experienced earlier, I called the summoning of water, the summoning of water and earth. I started getting worried about Lily. Suddenly my phone rang, I picked up to see who was calling. Fane?

"Hello?"

"Hey man, are you with Lily?"

"Yeah but I have a problem, she blacked out and I can't wake her up!"

"Same here, I came back from getting fire wood only to see Jaque with fire crawling up her arm. She whisper three words: The Fire's Message. The blacked out!"

"Ok, let's bring them to Mr. Timberwood, maybe he can help."

"Ok, meet you there."

Then he hung up. I grabbed Lily bridal style and raced to Jaque's house.
