Chapter 10: Training

Lily's P.O.V

"AAAAAHHH" I woke up with a start dripping wet, wait, wet. I looked to my side to see Jaque also wet, we share a room by the way. We both look infront of us and see two boys laughing at us. Both of the had empty buckets in their hands. Jaque and I looked at each other with mischievous grins on our faces. We nodded and we got up and went infront of our boyfriends.

"What was that for?" Jaque asked, her tone all sweet and innocent, it's creepy. She had her arms crossed and her eyebrows raise. I have the same expression. Fane and Sage stopped laughing and started looking kind of scared.

"Um, well, you guys wouldn't wake up. So we got you back for when you did this to us!" Sage answered, back up against the wall. Jaque and I began to move forward, scaring the boys.

We nodded at each other and did something that really scares them.

"We will get our revenge about this!" We said in unison. Sage and Fane bolted out the door when we did that. Jaque and I started laughing like crazy.

"Haha...that...haha....always....hahah.....gets them!" Jaque said in between laughs.

"I know, it's hilarious. We should get ready, we have training in an hour."

So we both took a shower in our seperate bathrooms. After we got dressed and talked for a bit. I had blue skinny jeans, my infinity t-shirt on, with combat boots. I had my mud brown hair up in a high ponytail, so no hair is in my face. Jaque had her blue skinny jeans, with a light grey sweatshirt, and combat boots. Her hair is in a side French braid the goes over her right shoulder. Her bangs kind of cover her right eye. We heard a knock on our door and it was Chamie telling us to go to the training room.

So Jaque and I went down through a series of never ending hallways and stopped at the steel double bolted doors. We pushed it open and saw the boys standing there. Our grandparents weren't here yet so Jaque and I smirked, each deciding it's time for our revenge. They hadn't noticed us yet so we hid behind some weaponry and did our prank. With Jaque's element, somehow she can deepen ours highten her voice. So first, I created black plants everywhere, snickering and Jaque did the voice of Logan.

"So nice to see you Fane and Sage." Jaque said in a deepened voice. The boys looked scared and looked around, but then their expressions turned hard and emotionless. Their weapons appeared in their hands, getting into battle stance.

"What are you doing here Logan ," Sage said with disgust?

"Aw! I thought I would have gotten a hello or how are you doing! I'm just here to see those two lovely girlfriends of yours. What were their names, ah, yes, Jaque and Lily were they!" We both stifled our snickering.

"Don't you dare touch them Logan. If you do, we will hunt you down, literally!" Fane demanded, he actually looked scary.

"Awww, their defending us." I half snickered, half whipsered to Jaque. Time for the big finale. I made the black plants disappear, and the boys looked confused.

"Aw, you are defending them that's so sweet, too bad their not here to see it. Oh wait! They are!" Jaque said switching her deepened voice to her normal voice at the end. We walked out of the weaponry and the boys stood there with shocked faces. Jaque and I took one glance, then fell on the floor laughing.

Fane's P.O.V

The girls just walked out of the weaponry and fell on the floor laughing. Sage and I are stunned. Once they got over their laugh attack, they walked over. Jaque came to me, tears from laughter still coming out of her eyes.

"You guys are mean!" I pouted.

"Aw, you pouting big baby boo!" She said, mimicking my face and tone. Then she gave me a peck on the lips.

"Does that make you feel better?" She asked with a smile. Then I grabbed her slender waist and pulled her I. For a passionate kiss.

"No, that made me feel better!" I said after breaking the kiss. She has a big smile on her face, same with me.

"Hm!" We heard someone clear their throat, it was Sage.

"If you guys are done your make out session, I think we should start training before our grandparents get here." He said.

We all nodded and went to the platform. We had been taught hand to hand combat the other day, so we decided to do that. We partnered with me and Jaque first, then Lily and Sage second. Jaque and I went in the centre of the platform ready in battle stance.

I took the first punch but she quickly dodged it and knocked me off my feet by kicking at my ankles. I can use my strength but she is small and fast. I got up and tried to punch her again, this time she blocked it with her arm, but gave me a chance to get a blow to her stomach. She coughed out so blood before punching my face, giving me a bloody nose.

Sage and Lily were on another platform fighting. We looked over to see how they were doing for a second, only to see Lily doing a victory dance and Sage holding his stomach. We laughed a little before continuing on with our fight. I swung my fist for her head but she ducked and did a roundhouse kick to my chest. All the air went out of me and I fell backwards. I stayed on the ground in defeat.

We heard clapping and we looked over. There stood our grandparents along with Lily and Sage clapping.

"You are improving well on your fighting skills!" Grandmother Timberwood said to Jaque. Grandfather White came over and helped me up.

"You are improving also grandson, you almost beat her that time!" My grandfather praised. I gave him a weak smile and made my way over to Jaque. She kissed me on the cheek because she kicked my butt. After recovering a bit, grandmother Timberwood told us what we would be training today.

"Today you will be training with your weapons. You need to know how to use them with your elements! Each grandparent will go with their grandchild and train them!"

My Grandfather came to me and taught me about the Bo staff. He asked me for my weapon so I made it appear in my hands. He taught how to twirl it to make gusts of wind, or how to swing it to make air blasts. I looked over at Jaque who had her fire bow out and shooting fire arrows at dummy's. Lily was whipping her whips on the ground, making vines grow beneath her feet, and Sage was using his battle swords to make waves.

We all train for at least three hours before going. We all talked during lunch about training.

"Grandmother Timberwood said in a months time, we will be able to master our elements!" Jaque said cheerfully.

"Well I guess that means a lot more training!" I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm.
