Izuku's POV:

The doctor gave us a weird expression. I started to worry that something might be wrong. I started to panic and I think Shoto notices because he sent our calming pheromones. The doctor realized he had scared me and apologized, "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to unsettle you it's just surprising. You two are very lucky. Congratulations Mr. Midoria and Mr. Todoroki you are having twins! They appear to be male and female too!"

My heart threatened to jump out of my chest! I was so happy that this was happening! We're having twins! TWINS! Can you believe it?! I feel giddy as I turn toward a shocked Shoto. I giggled as I hugged him tightly and gave him a kiss on the lips. He snapped out of his trance and seemed overjoyed as well!

Shoto's POV:

I can't believe what I just heard. My cute Izuku and I are having twins! I feel so happy! I'm going to have to prepare and get cloths and everything. We should start picking out baby names too! We should- before I started to get ahead of myself I was pulled out of my thoughts be Izuku hugging me and giving me a kiss.

Izuku'z POV:

"... There's something that you might need to know, though," the doctor says pushing up his glasses. "W-what is it? Is there something wrong?" I ask feeling scared. I hope it's nothing bad. What if there's something wrong for the babies. I hope their be okay. "Izuku!" Shoto pulls me out of my mind I was probably rambling again.

"So what is it?" Shoto asks the doctor with a hint of worry. "Well, the thing is, so the babies get the proper nutrition after birth and for an easier birth... Mr. Midoria is going to temporarily become female," I freeze.

What? What? WHAT? I'm going to turn into a girl?! Why? "The transformation will only last 5-6 months after the babies are born.  It's not permanent if that's what your worried about," I breathe after finding its not permanent. I hear a chuckle! Shoto is laughing at me!😣 I can't believe him! I sigh and the doctor wraps things up.

After we leave I give Shoto a glare😠😤. I say, "Shoto you're mean! Isn't going to be weird seeing me as a girl? Why laugh?" "Well, for one, you are already girlish so you won't change much. And I thought your expression looked priceless!" he says giggling some more. I pout a little, "I do not, look like a girl!" "Alright you look as manly as Erza (Fairy Tail)!" He's so mean! He knows I like Fairy Tail, but I do have a girly figure. I still won't admit that to him though.

As we get home I go to the bathroom. Why do they call it morning sickness? It's more like 24/7 sickness! I guess Shoto notices because he was standing at the door. I don't like him seeing me like this. He pulls the remaining curls out of my face while rubbing my back and does a shushing noise. He's so soothing to me. I flush the toilet and wash up. I say, "Thank... H-honey." I'm definitely blushing now. I see him blush slightly saying, "N-no problem." I start thinking about what the doctor said.

"We should go shopping!" I know I confused Shoto by saying that. It was all over his face. "The doctor said I'm going to turn into a girl so I need clothes," he simply nodded. I know just who to ask for this too! I text my situation to Uraraka and ask if she'll help me go shopping.

Her response was, 'Sure! I'd love to! This'll be fun what time and where?' I tell her, 'the mall at 2pm tomorrow.'

Time skip brought to you by a blushing Shoto

I arrive with Uraraka at the mall. We go inside and start looking. They don't even question it because I look like a girl. We pick out a couple long sleeved shirts that were comfortable and some pants. After paying we go to a food pub. I get a lot of healthy food and a tea and Uraraka gets a burger and tea. Lucky! I want to eat a burger too!

After we finish eating we start to talk about various things. "H-hey Deku?" "Yeah?" "Um, well I've been meaning to tell you something but haven't really gotten the chance. I'm also pregnant! I found out a little while after Iida- I mean Tenya marked me that the protection didn't work very well, haha" she looks nervous.

"I'm so happy for you who all have you told?" I ask excited. "U-um well only you know," I stare at with her face towards the floor. I'm surprised she hasn't told Iida yet. "Why haven't you told him yet? Did you get in a fight or something?" I ask curious. "No nothing like that, I just, I don't know why but I'm nervous," she looks at me with a glimmer of hope.

I smile at her, "I'll go with you." "Thank you so much Deku!" she says giving me a hug. I text Shoto that I might come back a little later. We start driving over to Iida's. He answers the door after a couple seconds. "Hello what a nice surprise! What brings you here?" Iida looks at us. Uraraka is close behind me. I can tell that she feels uncomfortable with her pheromones everywhere.

"Ochako what's wrong?" Iida smelled the air and put out calming pheromones. "Can we come in? We need to talk about something," I say firmly. He nods letting us in and leading us to his room. "So what brings you here? Did I upset you Ochako? Why are you hiding?" Iida looks worried.

"She wants to tell you something and feels calmer with me around apparently," I tell him. Uraraka gets up and takes a deep breath. She says, "I'm T-tenya I-I-I...  Ugh! TENYA I'M PREGNANT!" she shouts the last part and then hides under the blanket of the bed. Iida was frozen, not surprising. His mouth was open but no words dared to escape his lips. After a couple of minutes Iida gets up and goes over to his bed. He tries to take the covers off of Uraraka but to no avail.

"Ochako I promise I'm not mad I'm actually happy. Will get out from under the blankets, please?" he says in a very gentle voice. I'm a little surprised by his gentleness. Uraraka peeks her watery eyes out from under the covers. After Iida flashes a smile and hug her she comes out from under the blanket and hugs him back.
