A/N: Well, let's see how this goes.

"Your wife and daughter."

Callie froze, she knew something bad was going to happen. She knew it, even Mark knew it. The world slowed down as she realized very quickly that Arizona and Sofia were in a trauma, and once again she was unable to protect them.

"My wife and daughter... what?"

"Dr. Torres, Arizona and Sofia were in a car crash on the highway, the driver behind had, we believe had, a heart attack and crashed them, the firefighters informed us that Dr. Robbins car was stopped by a tree on the side of the road. " Callie had no words, she could understand what Jo was saying to her but time was still very slow "Arizona is in in OR2 with Shepard and Grey and Sofia is in OR3 With Bailey Hunt and Karev"

Callie didn't even notice but she started walking towards the elevator.

"Dr. Torres where are you going?" Jo runed as fast as she could "Dr Torres you can't go in the OR "

"Callie"

"What? I don't think I'm following.." And with that Callie felt completely destroyed, it sunk in. She was officially defenseless, she sat on the floor and flighted the tears that she knew that were coming.

"You can call me Callie, Wilson. but just for today. I just- Today I'm not a Dr. I'm any other family member waiting on their loved ones" She started crying. Jo sat next to Callie, this was a weird moment for Jo, her strong mentor was disappearing before her eyes. She needed to step up and be the friend that Callie needed in that moment. Jo nodded, to make Callie understand that she could go on.

"You know what's funny? Do you know the meaning behind the name of the Hospital?"

Jo felt confused. Why were they discussing about the hospital's name? "Is named after two doctors that died in a plane crash... the name changed in my intern year when you guys bought the hospital" She hesitantly answered.

"You would be correct. Those two doctors were Lexie Grey and Mark Sloan, Little Grey would have been your chief resident in your intern year and Sloan was the chief of plastics, he thought Jackson everything he knows. You should know their names. But back to the point...do you know why I'm in the board of the hospital even though I was not in the plane?"

"Because of Sloan? "

" Correct again Wilson, I act in representation of Sofia she is Mark's daughter and he was my best friend, I lost him and there is not a single day that I don't think about him, in fact I was at the cemetery this morning before you paged me. I'm telling you in confidence Jo, but I don't think I can deal with losing one of them, not again. I need them to be ok."

Jo saw that Callie started to cry. that was something that she has never seen before. "I can't go on if I lose my girls. I just can't." She started to cry.

"Dr. Tor-I mean Callie. I know you are stuck talking with me because the rest of the atten- I mean, your friends are in surgery, but is good to know that the best are operating on them. They are trying their best to make sure that Arizona and Sofia make it"

Wislon is right She tought to herself.

"You know we can go to the gallery to see one of the surgeries"

"But how can I choose? My wife or my daughter" Jo was determined to not let Callie near OR2.

"I guess you could go to your daughter's surgery I will go to Arizona's and report you everything"
