At the Police Station the police officers took Jazmin into the interrogation room.
Police officer," I am going to ask you a series of questions pertaining to the night in question."
"First question."
"Where were you last night?" asked the police officer
" I was at home, binge watching power." said Jazmin
" Do you have an proof that you were in fact at home last night?" the police officer asked
"Well, my mom can prove this. She was actually home with me binge watching power." she said
"Oh and also you can check out cameras at home for last night, that's my alibi." She continued
"Ok, we will look into that. I do see that the victim in question was the man who raped you, and we believe that you have a reason to commit this crime. We will continue our investigation. You are free to go until we have enough evidence and an arrest warrant." The office stated.
Going home Jazmin, though she was worried due to the way it seemed like she was the one who committed the crime she played some of her favorite songs on the radio whiles her mom drived. First of the list BamBam season by Nailah Blackman.
Jazmin zoned out to just think about the situation. Thinking what if's,why me's how's and all the when's. Now seeing where this would come in handy from her English lessons.
Coming out from the little 10 minute zone out Sweet and Loco by Nailah Blackman was bearing out of the speaker. She digged that for the time being till they got home about a minute later. Only to see her friends waiting outside their home. As soon as she came out the Range Rover Overfinch her friend Lance came to her.
"Are you okay,Jay?" He said
"I guess I am OK." Jazmin said in a rather unwilling tone.
Laughing Ejai said,"You'll be fine,they'll find the person who did this. Really seems weird though the day you decided to stay home this happened.Was it really you?
"What the hell are you laughing at Ejai?" Said Jazmin's friend O'cean.
"She said she Guess' that she is okay, get it Guess?"
"Jeez you're an asshole Ejai." Said Jazmin
"I mean, do you think this is the best time to make those kinds of jokes. There already so stale as it is why don't you look for some new ones."
Jazmin's mom took the stuff in the back of the vehicle and proceeded to go into the house.
"Let's get inside kids, you are out there quarreling over nothing. Don't you two ever get tired You Ejai and Jazmin." Mrs.Guess said.
"Why don't you two just date already".she also said under her breath.
