~Two years later~
The church bells are ringing, the sun is shining and all of your loved ones have gathered to be at your wedding.
You hold your bouquet of red roses tightly clutched in one hand while hooking the other with your father's. He's going to give you away today. 'Are you ready, honey?' Your mother asks you while adjusting the veil in your hair. 'I am. Just a little nervous but that's because everyone's eyes will be on me.' You say, smiling gently at your mom.
'You will forget those eyes once you're up there. Trust me on this, dear. Tom is going to be your focus and nothing else.' You believe her in an instant because even now, when your mind wonders off to that handsome tall man with his piercing blue eyes, your nerves are almost forgotten.
You hear the music a little farther down the forest, the church bells now have stopped ringing. You're getting married in the forest, outside and in-between the trees. It's next to a small chapel with one big church bell, to keep it a little traditional.
Your mother quickly gets to her seat while you also send the bridesmaids to walk down the aisle before you and your father follow them. A grin is on your lip as you see Oliver on your sibling's lap. All you want is to speed down to the front and jump into Tom's arms but you know that'll have to wait.
You finally reach the end of the aisle, pressing a kiss on your father's cheek before letting him go and taking Tom's hand who helps you step on the little platform with him. 'You look beautiful, love.' He whispers so only you can hear him. You give your bouquet to your maid of honour.
'Thank you. You don't look so bad yourself.' You feel the red blush on your cheeks while taking his other hand as well, sending a warm smile his way.
The officiant looks at you, asking if you're ready to begin. You both nod, grasping his hands tighter. 'I was born ready.' You chuckle what makes him laugh as well.
