Prince

"What if I don't want you to keep control?"

I feel the overwhelming urge to smash his mouth against mine, but something holds me back. Maybe it's because I don't want to scare or maybe it's my shock at him being so straight forward about this.

"Are you sure you want this Virgil? Cause if this all turns to shit, because you get too anxious, I don't know what I'd do with myself." I whisper in his ear.

However, before Virgil can respond, someone knocks on the door. Seeming to snap to his senses, Virgil gently pushes me far enough so he can slink by and throw on some clothes. Seeming to almost for get I'm here, he strips off his pants and almost his boxers, before he looks over his shoulder at me.

Of course, being the prince I am, I obliged without being told and turned around until he tapped my shoulder and handed me a shirt. I put it on and it was just a simple black t-shirt. Before I can ask why it actually fits me, Virgil opens the door to an awaiting Logan.

"Are you ready for our research to begin, Virgil?" Logan says softly, almost as if they were being intimate, after peaking up at me.

I feel a streak of jealousy when I see the blush on Virgil's face appear as he nodded. Logan takes his wrist and they sink out, probably into Logan's room. I don't know what they were researching, but unless it's not your typical research, there was reason Logan and Virgil needed to act like that.

           Unless...

I dash down the stairs to see Patton. If anyone knew what was going on, it would be Patton. Even though he has a childish like persona about him, he knows how to be really mature and insightful when it comes down to it.

"Patton!" I practically yell, grabbing the shorter man by the shoulders.

"What's up kiddo? You seem kinda worried." Patton gasps out, not used to me manhandling him like I am currently.

"Are Virgil and Logan secretly lovers?" I whisper yell at him. I'm worried, because, as un-Princely as it sounds, I've always worried that Logan was a tad bit more attractive than me.

"Huh? No? They've been doing a research project on emotions recently, though I'm not sure who it's benefiting more. Why do you ask?" Patton asks questioningly, though the look in his eyes shows mischief.

"Well, um, I was with V-Virgil w-when Logan came t-to h-his room and th-they seemed t-to be s-sorta intimate." I stammered out, trying not to sound like a worried boyfriend.

"Well, you see kiddo, Logan and Virgil are not intimate with each other in the way that you're thinking. A while ago they were testing something, like bodily reactions and I accidentally interrupted one of there studies and so they might be testing that now. Why are you so worried anyways. You once said that Prinxiety was never going to be canon." Patton smiled at me, making me feel like he knew a lot more than he let on.

I begin trying to stammer out a response that would sound believable before hanging my head.

"I do like Virgil, but I'm scared he might like Logan and they're doing something behind our backs. I know it's unprincley of me to have these jealous emotions, but I don't really know what to do to stop them." I mutter out to him, knowing that I can't hide them from his forever.

"Well kiddo, maybe you should just tell Vigil how you feel. You know he appreciates the blunt honesty, since that stops him from overthinking." Patton responds, making me feel very guilty for thinking badly.

"I'll be right back kiddo. I have to ask Logan for something, I'll tell you what they're doing when I get back." Patton smirks, with a wink. Despite his cute, kinda stupid, and plushy exterior, Patton is actually quite a genius, if not a bit childish with his tactics.
