I have been searching for my little girl ever since I returned home to find my wife dead upon our daughter's bedroom floor. He shouldn't have killed my wife and taken my daughter because of some seers' prophecy.

I know who took her he had made his first of many mistakes that night and I have been hiding myself watching him, he knew someone was following him but couldn't sense my magic so he'd Disapparate and Apparate to six different locations around the country as I followed him by using the traces of magic left behind after he Disapparate and Apparate to be able to follow isn't widely known the traces would end upon his return to Hogwarts and as I entered Hogwarts I could sense him using the Floo Network. I had taken to hiding within the walls of Hogwarts. So I could find my daughter through him. But it proved he was still as slippery as ever and I couldn't find her by only following the man responsible for destroying my life. Soon I hoped to make it right. I gave up following him after five years and began searching the world.

I finally found her when her letter to Hogwarts came they had changed her last name only I'd assumed wrongly so they would change her first and middle name as those together would make me zero in on that child faster then another names. Looking back I should have been searching his acquaintances instead of following him that would become my only mistake regarding that man.

Inside The Headmasters/Headmistress Office in Hogwarts

Albus Speaking:

Was my decision to send Minerva in my stead the right one?

Albus asks the wall of portraits.

Phineas Nigellus Black Speaking:

You stole her mate from her and killed one of her mates' parents and disappeared before the other one was due home. Because you knew her mate would be a deciding factor in the war to come as seer foretold to you a prophecy regarding Minerva's mate. Because you were once a close friend her confidant, you noticed a change in Minerva as soon as her mate was born and used all the knowledge you had gained to manipulate certain events.

Armando Dippet Speaking:

You have lost the only person in your life that was not interested in your achievements and was your only true friend who never asked anything of you but would question your decisions.

Albus Speaking:

But there could still be a chance of rectifying the situation once Hermione is safely ensconced in Hogwarts and I can finally explain myself to her.

Everard Speaking:

You betrayed the person with so many contracts who will stand beside her in the coming war. You better hope you can make it right.

Albus Speaking:

I had to manipulate the situation as Hermione needed to grow up around Muggles it will help her in the upcoming war.

Phineas Nigellus Black Speaking:

I have done something's in my time but betraying my best friend by kidnapping her mate. The moment she starting acting different you knew she was searching for something (her mate) she wasn't even aware of what she needed to search for (her mate had been born) she was being driven by her Animagus nature you trained her and failed to inform her of what to expect if her Animagus is a feline. You failed her than and you keep failing her now.

Minerva McGonagall is the brightest witch of her generation and you needed her name and connections to help you in the wars you chose to defend against once as the tenured Deputy Head of Hogwarts under the rule of tenured Headmaster Professor Armando Dippet against Griswold when you finally decided to act and when Professor Armando Dippet retired you acted when Voldemort began gaining a mass of followers you then became tenured Headmaster and fought against Voldemort losing members of The Order of the Phoenix along the way.

Armando Dippet Speaking:

You kept reacting instead of being proactive and placing people you know are connected to Voldemort as spies within his ranks he had spies in yours. I know you have changed your plans but make sure you have your bases covered. If you have a hope in stopping him forever you need to fight fire with fire. Plans can be forever changing noting in this life can conform to an expected path. Remember Albus only three lives can affect the outcome of the coming war.

Albus Speaking:

I will put certain plans in motion and test the upcoming students within these walls. I will endeavour to make Minerva trust me again.

Armando Dippet Speaking:

Remember Albus her priority will be her mate, her welfare and her needs, before her own. Do not betray Minerva ever again.

Albus Speaking:

I will confide as much as I can to her from now on as we cannot afford to lose her, I will even tell her what is required of her mate if you would prefer I will inform Minerva and hold no more secrets from her.

All the Portraits Speak:

Albus Speaking:

I will call her in to explain after the 11th July.

Armando Dippet Speaking:

Is it wise to have Hermione be guiding Harry when she is just still a child herself? Have you even accounted for if they fail to befriend each other?

Albus speaking:

I have a trusted family who have children one the same age as Harry and one a year younger, I have briefed them on who their two youngest children need to befriend. Which they are both excited about when the older of the two youngest ones starts at Hogwarts this coming September If they would invite there new friends to visit with them for the summer during the holidays.

Phineas Nigellus Black Speaking:

You know better than that Albus you understand if friendship is brought it could lead to betrayal for loyalty can never be brought but achieved on deeds alone.

I knew term was due to start and as my child had failed to attend the previous two years. I knew the boy who lived was due to attend this year so I was hopeful this would be the year I find my child. I waited and watched and finally overheard who would be informing Muggle born witches. I had searched the Wizarding world and found no trace of her, I then began trying to find her in the Muggle world but to no avail so I re-entered Hogwarts and listened in on conversations Dumbledore would have with his most trusted members of The Order of the Phoenix. Finally the day came for me to know who I needed to tail to find my missing daughter the better part of me and my love.

I had followed Minerva McGonagall throughout the day keeping downwind as to not alert her Animagus and finally I saw someone I used to know answer the door Sandra Annalisa Magellan.

I wanted to see if my daughter was there but I couldn't risk exposing myself in case I was wrong so I waited and heard my child's name being spoken from Minerva's mouth.

"Hello Sandra I'm here to discuss your daughter Hermione k Granger". Said Minerva

Albus Percival Wulfric Brain Dumbledore had my daughters' last name changed to a name I wasn't familiar with. It was how she was hidden all this time.

I needed to keep a close watch on more than one person now it was time to reacquaint myself with some old friends.

As I realised I couldn't bring her back to me alone.
