Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4

Hermione had spent the beginning of the train journey meeting Neville and learning about his misplaced pet Trevor unbeknown to Ronald.

Neville had been recruited to befriend Hermione at the behest of one Albus Dumbledore. Neville had come up with the plan of always forgetting things to seem less threatening.

Neville had a plan to prove his usefulness to Albus Dumbledore

Hermione had already changed into her robes as she wanted to look the part of belonging at Hogwarts. Hermione had noticed a ginger haired boy and a dark haired boy sitting in a compartment while the ginger haired boy had his wand out.

Hermione wanted to see some magic performed by a student and opened the compartment door and used the excuse of Neville's missing pet to stay within the compartment.
This is how she would meet Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley.

Minerva had supplied Hermione with more books then she needed as she wanted her mate to be well informed when she witnessed the failed attempt at magic and both boys introduced themselves and she explained things she'd read regarding the famous Harry Potter she discussed the houses and what she hoped she'd be sorted into before leaving both boys and taking Neville with her, not before warning both boys to change.

As Ron voiced his opinion regarding Hermione she was going from compartment to compartment with Neville looking for his missing pet Trevor.

Hermione Granger hears the commotion in the compartment where she left Harry and Ron and goes to investigate having an excuse in case asked why she returned.

When Ron is rude to her she points out the obvious to Ron regarding the celanese, of his face, after warning them to put on there robes.
She left right after smirking to herself.

Finally the train reaches Hogwarts and they begin to disinbark Hermione gets a boat with Neville and Harry and Ron to begin there journey to the castle. After following Hagrid's yell of only a certain number to a boat.

Hermione finally gets to see Hogwarts for herself while enjoying the journey through the lake. Finally the mistery of Neville's lost pet is solved.

Hermione as the first years get closer to the castle door before Hagrid could shout to gain there attention Hermione smelt her mate.
Erin woke from her slumber addressing Hermione

Erin; keep calm no one can know we belong to her she is in a position of authority over us act as if you do not know her when she appears it is what is expected of us.

Minerva McGonagall could smell her mate as she approached the doors to allow the first years to enter and had a small smirk upon her face after she opened the doors and addressed Hagrid the first years entered a hallway behind the great hall. Minerva soon lost her smirk and lead the first years to the side doors of the great hall.
