Hours later Ariel woke to the sound of a fire crackling near by. She opened her eyes and checked her surroundings she was laying on a couch inside what she assumed was Sebastian Jones' house. Groaning she moved to sit up only to be stopped by a hand on her shoulder. Looking up Ariel comes face to face with Sebastian Jones. His gold eyes had a mixture of caution and concern, as if he didn't know to kill her or help her.
"Don't try to sit up just yet, I stitched you up but you've lost a lot of blood. I'm not even sure how you're alive still." Ariel nodded and lowered herself back onto the couch. "Now do you think you can tell me who you are and how you know about me?" Ariel sighed. "Here we go." She thought to herself before explaining.
"It's not just you I know about. I know just about everything there is to know about anyone and everyone in Mystery Spell." Sebastian's eyes got big with shock. "How is that possible? Who are you?" Smiling she says "My name is Ariel, and it is-was my job to guard over this town for many years." Still confused Sebastian then asked " What do you mean was your job, what are you?"
Ariel laughed "Come on professor, you've seen my wounds, I just told you a bit about my job, surely you can figure it out." "I understand what you're getting at but even I'm finding it hard to believe. You're really an angel?" Hearing these words tears threatened Ariel's eyes. "Well a fallen angel now... I was thrown out of heaven." "But why? What could you have possibly done that would warrant, well .... this?"
In a small voice Ariel replied "It doesn't matter now, what's done is done." "Well in any case, what made you come here?" She looked up at Sebastian amused " Can you imagine the reaction I'd get from anyone else? A human would send me to a hospital and that is the absolute last thing I need. I could have tried to go to the Osborne's, but it was too far with my injuries. Same thing with the Bartholy family, plus I didn't want to take my chances showing up to a vampire house while I was bleeding out." Sebastian was stunned, she really did know everything about this town. "Ok point made but why me?"
" I just told you, you were the closest and least likely to send me anywhere else given what I am. Also you have plenty of knowledge of the supernatural, I was sure you could handle this better than others. I knew I could trust you." Sebastian cleared his throat and thought about what to say. He had to be careful with this one he knew angels fallen or otherwise, were very powerful.
Sensing his distress Ariel smiled "Its ok, say or ask what you want, I promise I won't turn you into a pillar of salt." Sebastian let out an embarrassed laugh "Sorry it's just, I've never seen a real angel before, let alone had one chatting with me in my living room!" "I'm aware. Most angels stay in heaven unless ordered otherwise by God or an archangel." Intrigued Sebastian asked "So there are different types of angels? What kind are you or were you?" "Well as you can see my current status is "fallen" but before today I was a guardian I protected this town along with many others."
Before Sebastian could ask another question he heard something moving in the woods surrounding his house. "Someone is outside, stay here while I go see. Please don't move." She looked up at him with a smirk reminding him that with her injuries she wasn't able to go far. Sebastian turned back and headed out the door and was immediately met with the scent of vampire, a specific one at that.
"What the hell is a Bartholy doing out here?" He asked himself. Looking around and listening Sebastian could tell that the vampire had already made a quick retreat. Lucky for them because after the night he had Sebastian was not in the mood to be civil with one of them. Walking back inside his house he found Ariel curled up on the couch and out like a light. He should have expected that, with her injuries she would need a lot of rest to recover.

Peter woke with a start after having the strangest dream since well, since he was human. Thinking back on the dream. He saw a woman curled up in a hole crying and covered in blood but it wasn't the blood that caught his attention. The crater around her was singeing with hot embers. When he looked at her face and what he saw took his breath away. She had to be the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen! Her hair was so blonde it was almost white and her eyes were as clear blue as the ocean.
He heard her whisper his name and he wanted nothing more than to go to her, only his feet refused to move. He had no choice but to just watch her laying there, bleeding out. He was scared for her it was obvious she was weak but what had happened to her. That's when he saw it, the two long gashes on her back, who would do this to her? Peter looked over at his alarm clock to see the time 2:15am.
He decided then he was going back to see where that light went. He couldn't help but think the two things were connected somehow. Slipping out his window he gracefully met the ground. Once again Peter bolted towards the town line. It wasn't until he was three miles outside of town that Peter recognized the smell of blood.
Following the scent, Peter found himself in a large field at the edge of the woods. He stood stunned looking at a large crater that reeked of blood but Peter could tell it wasn't human. Seeing that the trail of blood lead into the forest he decided to follow where it would lead. Peter took notice of the fact that he past many trees marked with blood, which meant whoever this was, was very weak at the time. Suddenly what Peter saw made him stop in his tracks. A single long blonde hair hooked around some tree bark.
That was impossible, there was no way that Peters dream was coming true. The more he followed the trail the more worried Peter became. With all the blood he was finding, there was no way whoever this was could have survived! Peter was so focused on the blood trail he almost missed the scent of werewolf right along with it. Cautiously Peter continued to follow the blood trail until he heard a voice. The voice was so clear it sounded more beautiful than any song he'd ever heard.
However he could also hear the pain in the voice and it broke his heart, which to him was crazy. He hadn't even met this person but he still felt connected to them. Peter was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Sebastian Jones coming outside. "Shit shit shit!" Peter cursed the last thing he needed was a pissed off dog on his ass. With Sebastian closing in on him Peter bolted back towards town, but he was hopeful to see the face of whoever's voice that was.
