"Someone is coming to put the spirit back in you." Was the last words that Ori heard as her winged friend flew out of the golden-lit cave. "What does it mean?" Ori asked herself as she paced back and forth in the cave.  Her claws making tapping sounds on the cold stone floor as she walked.  The confused grey she-wolf decided to go on a hunt clear her mind. As she trotted through the sunlit forest Ori couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. She jumped at every snap of a twig and every crunch of a leaf that she stepped on.

Ori made her way through the forest and to the meadow that smelled strongly of rabbit. Soon Ori spotted one nibbling on some grass but then stopped in her tracks when five little rabbits hopped after it. "I'll find another one." The blue-eyed wolf thought to herself as she turned and padded in another direction. Soon she picked up another rabbit trail and got down so that her belly fur brushed the tall grass. She slowly crawled forward her eyes locked on the rabbit. She leaped forward and bit down and shook her prey to finish it off.

Ori sat down with her kill deciding to eat her meal in the meadow. Just as she was about to take her of her prey when she heard an immortal growl from behind her. Ori wiped her head around to see a hungry looking coyote. Ori grabbed her kill protectively and snarled showing her sharp white teeth. She put the rabbit down and shoved it into the grass behind her. When the coyote was distracted looking at where the rabbit was Ori nipped at its legs. The coyote howled in pain and ran back into the woods. Ori sighed and decided to head back to the safety of the cave with her kill.  Ori walked through the lively forest "spirit ". An eerie voice echoed in Ori's mind. She looked around nervously and scanned the forest slowly. For a minute Ori thought she saw a shadow move among the trees. She just shook her head and told herself that there was nothing there. Ori quickly made her way through the woods and to the shelter of the cave. The grey wolf was glad to see the blue butterfly sitting at the opening of the den patiently waiting for her return.

"Greetings, I see your hunt went well." Ori just nodded not wanting to explain the past events of her day as she sat down as her friend came and set on her nose. " Is there anything  you can tell me about this spirit prophecy?" Ori asked desperately.  Her voice full of despair. "You will know in due time, my friend." With that, the butterfly flew out of the dim cave. Again leaving Ori deep in thought.
