An old story that I changed a little
_________The blur passed by me so quickly, nobody had a chance to react. I watched helplessly as the vigilante, caught off guard, went flying into the back of a building. A cry rang through my ears, my rage only increased. The building crumbled as he hit it. My eyes fell upon the newcomer, The officers would make no difference, the villain would pass them off like nothing.
I felt my blood boil, a red mist clouding my vision and reasoning. The handcuffs melted away and crumbled before my rage, and I moved swiftly towards the newcomer. My hand wrapped around his throat, and I lifted his body from the ground. He flailed helplessly, his mouth open as he struggled for air and clawed at me."Put him down Wolf" I heard someone scream, it was like muffled sound as the blood rushing to my ears dampened the noise. I ignored the demand as his body fell limp, barely breathing. I dropped the body to the ground, and turned towards the unconscious vigilante. I spotted the him amongst the rubble. My anger melted away and my once impenetrable skin soon returned to normal, leaving me once again vulnerable. I knelt down and lifted him from the ruins of the building. I walked from the rubble of the destroyed building and rushed towards the ambulance. I placed him down on the stretcher and I couldn't help but brush the hair out of his face. I glanced towards the terrified medic.
"Take care of him, if he dies so do you" I said with a smirk on my face. I saw the blood drain from the poor boys face. As I walk away I glanced back at the unconscious vigilante, and I knew what I had to do. I stood over the stranger, anger once again consuming me. But, I had to do this for him, I placed him in cuffs that neutralised him. I stood there admiring my handy work, he would remain in those cuffs and I would make sure of it. Turning away from the fallen stranger, I quickly made my way through the shocked policeman.
I had to keep the vigilante safe as a promise, but I had to do it from the shadows, maybe he didn't see me. "Maybe we should call you his guardian angel" I jumped at the sound of a familiar voice. I turned around to see my sister and my little brother."Someone was busy tonight" I laughed as I walked towards her inspecting the necklace and other expensive jewels in her hand.
"Yeah you were a good distraction" My little brother just smiled as he pointed to the carnage behind me.
"He's a cute one" my sister smiled at me as I turned to walk away. I couldn't help but smile, she wasn't wrong.
"Anyway, I have elsewhere to be so if were done" I huffed as I walked away soon disappearing from sight. It took me longer than it should have to find the vigilante, a private wing was harder to go unnoticed. He was unconscious from what I could tell. "My sister was right you are cute" I laughed to myself, I glanced down at his chart. He seemed to only to have minor injuries considering he had just been thrown through a building. The room was deadly quiet, after a while no one had come to see him. Maybe he had no family, like the heros in the movies. What a cliché.
"What to do with you, Mr Elijah Jones" I placed the chart back and glanced around the room, the smell of cleanliness invaded my nose and throat. The lights blinding, and the floor was so clean it looked like a mirror. I sat with my back to him looking at the empty room, it looks like there was no concerned family. "You can have my family Elijah, they are a pain in the ass" I laughed...
"My sister would love you, so mischievous the both of you would be" I smiled at the thought. I continued to shared funny and stupid stories, something to past the time. I had decided to leave and keep to the shadows...I turned towards him for the one last look and the look of dread on his face made me regret being here.
"Wyatt Wolf, what the hell!" he said with panic in his voice. "I'm not here to hurt you, if you can believe that" he calmed down and looked at me up and down. Did he just check me out? "I guess I should thank you for earlier" he said with a break in his voice, I had to get a better look at that face.
"I can think of one thing" he smirked at me as I ran my hands down his neck, I lifted him up slightly as I went to close the door behind us. I felt his mouth on mine, his lips tasting of burnt tobacco, bitter. He opened his mouth. At that moment I slid my hand up his bare leg, I heard the rustle of material giving way, I felt the warmth as I placed my hand between his thighs.I smirked a little, I moved my hand away. He whined at me begging to put my hand back.
"You have to recover first" he just huffed but agreed none the less.
"Fine but I get to meet your sister" he smirked, it seems he'd heard my little stories.
