Sometimes you may find one or perhaps a few of these crazed Pokemon in their own tribe. Shouting things of no concern, making false alarms, or saying that they have predicted the future and a bad fortune is to fall on them. Most of everyone takes a pleasurable laugh from all this nonsense especially the warriors since they know what they are doing. Sometimes they have turned out right but most of the time they are made fun of because of their hilarious stupidity but only verbally. Their ruler actually protects these mentally ill wanderers because they do play a good meaning and they don't really cause much harm to anyone. If one is bullied or physically abused then they are reported to their King/Queen to find a suitable punishment. If it is a child their parents are to respond to that behavior. Honestly all tribes and villages need these kind of people as it is their main source of entertainment and they are not despised but nor are they complemented. They daily and frequently make ridiculous requests and time tabled events to the King/Queen and beg for them to listen. But it is nothing of importance so they just carry the crazed one off and go about their day. If you have a OC who plays this role you don't really have much meaning and your only right about 10% of the time but it can be used as a good source of entertainment. The lunatic is also very misleading to the children and causes them to become one as well or believe false stories. Sometimes they do have great stories to tell and they aren't always stupid.
