This is a tribe member who has decided to leave for whatever reason they may have. Hide it or tell it it's not taken lightly to their relatives especially if they have earned their soldier, medic rank. They go out to explore the world, see new faces and lands, make new friends and allies. Or maybe seek out a treasure he/she didn't want the tribe to have. You don't see many of these either. If a soldier or medic does decide to leave sneakily or run away they are usually hunted for a number of weeks until they are untraceable. If they are captured they are brought back and is considered a crime to the tribe and is put on trial. The chances of survival depend on past offenses and now which can be a 50/50 shot but if your like...really bad you might be ordered to be killed and at that point it's like a you put it on yourself problem. Anything not in a high tier tribe career is acceptable and you can leave but that doesn't mean your tribe won't be disappointed to see you go. A few may give you some souvenirs to take with you so the memories stick around.
