chapter 3

SOPHIE'S POV

"how's it going with Lauren?" i asked Cody.

"oh fine, she's sooo in love with me" he said and laughed

then we kissed and kissed.

yes, Cody isn't in love with Lauren.

He's MY boyfriend.

he only did that to distract Lauren, so she wouldn't notice we were hurting her precious little spice.

"Cody!" we suddenly heard from behind us.

we turned around and saw Dani standing there.

Cody went up to her and punched her hard, sending Dani flying.

DANI'S POV

"but Lauren you HAVE to believe me!" i say.

"no Dani! Cody wasn't kissing Sophie and Cody also didn't punch you!" Lauren said furiously.

"Lauren please you have to believe me! Sophie has been a bully to me for weeks and i'm so scared" i say nearly in tears.

Lauren doesn't believe me.

i tried to tell Mum and Christina but they won't listen either.

i run away into the bathroom and start cutting myself.

it feels so good to let it go for once.

"Dani? Dani? are you okay in there?" Lisa asked in a worried tone.

"yeah i'm fine!" i shout back and quickly clean up the blood.

when i walk out Lisa grabs my wrists and looks at them.

"Dani? why?" she asks i don't know how to answer.

"were going to talk later ok?" Lisa says as she hears Christina calling her.

i nod but i don't want to talk later.

i have to get out of here.
