Ash woke with a jolt. She had it again. That nightmare. It kept coming back. With /him/ in it. She didn't know who he was but she could tell he was important. The image of his eyes were burned into her mind. Piercing green eyes. They glowed with a passion of non other. She loved and feared those eyes.

She shook his image from her mind. She determined it was seven o'clock with one glance at the clock. She sighed and got up. She had things to do today. Ash had been born into the League of Villains. A group of hero fighting criminals. She was in her ninth year as a kid and member and today she would be greeting their newest recruit.

She got dressed in her usual black pants and tank-top and then ate a hasty breakfast before leaving. She lived with the other kids in the League but she was the only one with her own room. She made her way to the foyer. It looked normal at First, but the more you looked, the more you realized it was home to some of the most dangerous people in the world. The stairwells created a horseshoe around the two large dark oak doors. There was a single door that led to the sitting room and a large glass window that showed the gardens in the back. A painting of the mansion's first owner hung along the bare wall. Knives and bullets littered the small table below the painting.

Everything was a dull shade of colors.

She had been transferred to the Japanese branch of the League shortly after the capture and death of her parents. The man who had taken her in, only known as Boss, had told her they were executed for their crimes when she had asked him why they weren't coming with her. He had lied. She knew the truth, she also knew to keep her lips shut.

Tomura was waiting for her at the base of the steps. "Little Ash, so glad you could join us." he gave her a fake bow of respect, his blue hair falling in his face. He had hated her since they were kids for whatever reason, she didn't know. She walked past him and out the door.

"Keep up Tomura." she could feel his glare as he caught up to her and smirked. She was already sitting in the truck looking at her phone. "Where are we going?" she asked without looking at him as he pulled the door closed.

"To the city location. The boy found us there about a year ago. Boss is on his way to pick the boy up." he looked at her.

"Ok. So what does he call himself?"she turned to look out the window. Tomura's stare had always unnerved her.

"He hasn't told us his alias yet so I guess you'll find out when we get there."

She sighed and kept quiet the rest of the ride. It took them about ten minutes to arrive at a small building. It was wedged between two bigger buildings on the street. Her door opened and the driver helped her out. She looked back to see if Tomura was out of the car yet then turned back and walked in.

"....members my age?" a small voice was saying. Ash couldn't see the source of the voice due to Kurogiri blocking her view with his purple wisps of the vortex.

"Have I missed much?" she asked shoving her hands in her pockets.

Kurogiri spun around to look at her. "No not really. Welcome miss Mockingbird." he gave a bow then stepped out of the way so she could see the new comer. "Please meet Deku. Our new recruit." She started walking toward him when he looked up, stopping her in her tracks.

It wasn't his school uniform or green hair that stopped her. It wasn't even the innocent look in his eyes. It was his eyes. They were vibrant green. An image she could never get out of her mind. The eyes that had haunted her dreams were now in front of her. Staring at her in fear and anticipation. She had found him. The boy who haunted her dreams and now her life.
