Chapter Six:Wish

Iida was taking his normal rounds on his 3 mile run when he saw her. A small girl about 14 years old. She wouldn't have caught his attention if it weren't so late and she was with someone but she wasn't. The look of panic on her face intensified when she tripped over a manhole.
He made his way to help her when the.....thing turned the corner eerily slow. It was like a wolf but more like a shadow of one. It's eyes glowed a bright green and the closer it got the bigger Iida realized it was. He prepared to get the girl out of there. He grabbed her wrist and screamed. Why did his leg hurt? It couldn't be that thing it was still several yards away. He turned to look the devil in the eye.
"Long time no see Iida."
His name came as barely a whisper from Iida's lips. "Stain."

Ash groaned as her phone vibrated for the third time.
"You should probably check that." Deku whispered the words into her ear.
"Fine." She shoved him to the other end of the couch and paused the movie. She pulled out her phone and checked it. A text message.

King Of Hearts: are you listening my little bird?

Ash: what would I be listening to

King Of Hearts: to me. To the song of screams

Ash: You are very depressing you know that right?

King Of Hearts: is your mouse with you

Ash: he is always with me

King Of Hearts: but he won't be with you tonight

Ash: you don't know that.

King Of Hearts: Will Shigaraki be there?

Ash: of course.

King Of Hearts: Don't be stupid little bird.

Ash: I'm not being stupid.go away

King Of Hearts: check the time little bird.

Ash cursed under her breath. 7:45.

Ash: On my way. Don't have fun without me.

King of hearts: Never. I will see you soon little Bird.

He watched through the window as Ash kissed Deku goodbye. He turned to leave his second story house,the perfect spot to keep an eye on his little Mockingbird.
"Where are you going?" He turned to see his wife leaning on the doorframe of their bedroom wrapping a bathrobe around her thin frame.
"To see our little bird." He crossed the room and kissed her on the head. "I must go. I will return my Queen. do not worry." She smiled and let him go. He was a King and she was his Queen. His Queen of Kokoro.

"Where are you going Shigaraki?" Dabi didn't look up from his drink.
"That is none of your concern Dabi." Shigaraki left before he could ask another question.
"He seemed to be in a mood. Yeah? I wonder if He'll bring us anymore pets?" Toga was sitting with her head in her hands next to Dabi.
"Who cares." He sighed and took another drink.

Bakugo walked up to the playground. The eerie sound of swings swaying in the wind was exactly what drew him to them. There was no wind tonight. It was a dark night and he had arrived later than she had instructed him to but he couldn't very well tell his parents he was going to see a girl who had threatened his life. He stopped short when he saw who was pushing Harunei on the swing. The light from the street barely made him visible.
"Hello Katsuki Bakugo." Shigaraki smiled up at him. But from deep in the shadows behind him Bakugo saw as a King smiled at Shigaraki.
