A Remarkable Summer

Chapter 9

Pov: Juli

Its been 4 days since I found Ali the night she denied Matt's request to date. She hasnt been the same and me and the girls have tried everything to cheer her up. 

We have been ignoring the boys because we didnt want Ali to think we were choosing them instead of her. I still text Cameron though and im sure all the girls text the boys too. Aaron and Hanna are going to try things out and see if they can actually work. Aaron is still supicious about the whole night though because he says that they were careful about not being spotted by anybody.

Anyways me and the girls were currently watching Mean Girls. Ali was up in her room, claiming that she didnt feel well, when we all know she just wants some time alone. Its sad because I really rooted for  Malison. 

"What should we do tonight? We have been in this house for the past 4 days and Im getting bored" Lauren complained.

"I dont know, but I really want to do something too" I said. The girls all nodded their heads in agreement. We decided to go up to Ali's room and see if she wanted to come along. 

Finally we all reached her door and sure enough we could hear quiet sobs coming from inside the room. 

"Ali, we're coming in" I said while knocking. After I said that I pushed the door open to be greeted by Ali in bed with the covers over her.

"Come on Ali we are going somewhere. And I wont take no for an answer." I said sternly. All she did was let out a loud sigh.

"Be ready in 45 minutes" Cara said while we all exited the room. I then went directly to my door, so I could start getting ready.

When I opened my door, I was greeted with someone and just like that my heart dropped.

Pov: Cara

I went straight to my room to start getting ready. After closing my door, I headed to the bathroom to take a shower.

After stripping out of my clothes, I blasted The Vamps and got in the hot water.

Oh, Oh, one more drink and I should go,

Oh, Oh, but maybe she might like me though.

Oh, Oh, I just cant think of what to say,

Should I go? Should I stay?

Just cant let her slip away.

I was in the middle of washing my hair when my phone rang. I decided to ignore it because I didnt feel like getting out of the shower. 

Finally I finished showering and I went over to my phone to check who called me. To my surprise it was Shawn and I couldnt stop the smile that formed on my face. I decided that I would call him later because I didnt want the girls to overhear our conversation. I began texting him to let him know my plan.

To Mendess<3: Hey, Ill call you later. I dont want the girls to overhear our conversation. 

After texting him, I went over to my closest to pick out my outfit. I still didnt know where we were going so I decided I would just wear black leggings and Vamps shirt. Not to fancy and not to casual. My phone then beeped notifying me that someone text me.

From Mendess<3: Hey babe. I really need to talk to you though, its urgent.

I couldnt help the butterflies that formed in my stomach from him calling me babe. But then I got nervous because he said whatever he had to talk about was urgent.
