Y/n POV

I'm helping Dianna clean up in the kitchen putting dishes in the sink when she breaks the silence in the room.

"I'm sorry." She said putting more dishes in the sink. "For what?" I asked. "For being a bitch to you. I was really ugly towards you and I want you to know it-." I interrupted as kindly as possible. " Mrs-." I stopped myself. "Dianna, I know you're just trying to protect your daughter. I completely understand. Literally. I have one of my own." I chuckle nervously. "Can you forgive me?" She asked. "You were already forgiven." I smiled and began whipping the counter tops.

Minutes later, I see Demi in the entrance to the kitchen with her arms crossed and watching us. "I see you haven't tried running my girlfriend off." She chuckles walking in. "What are y'all talking about in here?" She continued.

"Being protective parents." Dianna said giggling. "I'm happy to see you guys warming up to each other." Demi smiles softly at the both of us and takes my hand in hers.

All 3 of us were just chitchatting about Demi's music when Dallas came in. "Hey, guys! You might wanna come in here the shows about to start." She said running back toward the living room. We all followed and once we entered, there was a "stage" set up with Aly sitting at the edge with her guitar in hand.

"What's going on?" I whispered to Dallas. "Maddie set it up for Aly to play for us. Aly was so eager to play." She chuckled. I look over and see Maddie with a mic in her hands getting everyone's attention.

"Ladies and Gentleman! Welcome to the De La Garza Center!" Maddie began making us all laugh. "Here to preform her first ever concert in all her 6years of living. Please, give a warm welcome for Aly Cat!" We all clapped and took our seats on the couch waiting for her to start playing.

Aly began playing soft cords but started to build up after the 1st verse. You could tell she was humming along with the cords she was playing but you couldn't quite hear her. I look at Demi who is smiling from ear to ear.

"You know this is your fault, right?" You whisper in her ear. "How is it my fault?" She asked. "Because you got her that." I replied. "Yeah, but she loves it and she's amazing at it." She chuckled putting her hand on my thigh.

Aly had finished playing and we all stood up cheering for her. "Thank you." She said taking a bow and stepping off the "stage". "Look at you! You're amazing!" Dianna said hugging Aly who thanked her. "How long did it take you to learn that?" Dallas asked. "Hmm... I don't know. I just started playing how I felt and that's what I came up with." Aly replied.

"You were great, baby girl." I said patting the open space on the couch beside me for her to sit. "Thanks, Mommy." She smiled hugging me while she yawned. "You guys are welcome to stay the night." Eddie offered and I turn to Demi. "If y'all don't mind." Demi said. "Of course not, sweetheart! I'll go fix up the room." Dianna said as she got up and headed upstairs.

Maddie gave Aly one of her shirts to sleep in and Demi has some clothes for the both of us in her room. "Go ahead, babe. Find something that looks comfy." Demi insisted as walked to the bathroom. I start searching and well, if I thought she had a lot of clothes at home might as well add on to it.

Finally, I found something to sleep in after about 20 minutes. I walk out of the closet and see Demi and Aly passed out on the bed. Well, I could tell Demi was still awake by her breathing. Aly was cuddled up to Demi and I could see she had been crying. I sat down beside them making Demi's eyes open as she gazes toward me.

I look at her and ask, "Is she okay?" Demi looks down at the sleeping little girl on her chest. "Yeah, she was so sleepy that she walked into the wall and hit her head pretty hard." I lean down towards Demi's chest where Aly was laying and kissed the little welp that was forming on her forehead, then I got up to go turn the lights off.
