This is the speech the students receive every year. It is blasted through the speakers in the entire school. This is to make sure that everyone even the people in the bathroom stall can hear. The speech is always the same. The principal tells us to enjoy our school year and welcome the new kids. Marywick high is unfortunately a uniform school but this doesn't stop girls like Rebecca Richmond to cut their skirts up to their asses. I can't blame her these skirts are made for girls in the 19th century. I also cut my grey school skirt but I'm the school whore that's what's expected of me. Rebecca is the first person I see this year and of course she gives me her 'we should be friends' and 'let's forget about last year' speech. She's done it since I've come to the school which is 10 years ago. She's failed all of the 10 years.
Rebecca walks into the with Jace. He looks at me and gives me a smile. I notice he has his arm around Rebecca. Rebecca is followed by her two minions. Lily and Minnie. Both of them are not even half as bad as Rebecca. They both admitted to me that they hate her but they have to stay with her because she would make their lives miserable if they left her. Rebecca and her posey walks towards me.
"Look Ivy I'm sorry about last year and all the things that I said and happened. I would like you to forgive me please. I would also like to start over with you, I believe we can be great friends all we have to do is put this terrible chapter behind us" she says giving me her fake 'I'm so sorry but I still want to kill you' look. I've learned to recognize it.
"No" that was my answer every year and it would also be this year's answer.
I watch Rebecca's facial expression change within a second. Now she's not giving me the 'I'm so sorry but I still want to kill you' look anymore that has faded. She's giving me the 'I want to fucking murder you bitch' look. I can see that Jace sees it on her. He simply gives me a proud smile.
"I tried with you and me you know, every year I made sure to tell you that I'm sorry and that we should start over" she says giving me her 'bitch' look.
"Well what if I'm not sorry?" I say turning my back and walking away from her.
"You will pay bitch" she yells throwing 'daggers' at my back. I simply block them.
"Adios" I yell waving my hand at her.

I'm sitting in maths class not understanding anything that is going on, on the board.
"And that's how you find x"
Algebra is like Chinese. I don't understand shit. No offense to my Chinese amigos out there but your language makes no sense.
I take out my phone from my backpack like I always do during maths class. There's a text from Jace waiting to be opened.

Me- You know how I can get when it comes to Rebecca 🙄
