All I am doing is looking at them. They can't see me. I watch as Rebecca kisses Jace on the lips and heads off to the restroom while he orders. All I do is stare at him, my heart shattering into small pieces.
"Ivy?" James asks
I turn my head back to him, a tear glistens down my cheek.
"Are you okay?" James asks
"Yeah I'm fine," I say wiping away the tear.
James doesn't seem to believe me. he is still looking at me with concerned glances. he turns around and sees the one person I'm staring at, Jace.
"Ex-boyfriend?" he asks
"You could say that" I answer
"Ignore him," he tells me, sincerely.
"Easier said than done" I chuckle trying to seem unaffected.
"I'll go check on the food," he says getting up from his seat.
I grab my phone and text the person who just broke my heart to pieces.
