*Gwen

David kept me in my room for a full week. I had books to read, thoughts to think about and the company of those who brought me something to eat and drink. One day happened something weird. All pieces of momory that had been wiped out from my mind came back. What stayed in my mind longer was the last night i was in my apartment, until the morning what i remembered all the time. The memory came to my mind like a movie. Weird type of movie because i started to remember every emotion, every feeling, every touch. I got really detailed answer to how did i got those burn scars on my sides. I then noticed how much i had been thinking about Delsin all the time. More that normal. 

That was also when i felt butterflies in my stomach.

"Hello again sweetheart. It's time to go outside again, this time to make some real chaos" David said as soon as he was in my room. "Get dressed. You have 15 minutes" he added, tossing me some clothes and walked out. I did as i was asked to. I took off my clothes and put on the new ones. Gray jeans, white tanktop and grey jacket. I was still with my own sneakers. As the 15 minutes were over, i was again not myself. I lost control over my body.

One rode was cut half by a crevice. When it was formed, it made the ground shake enough to make the surrounding buildings collaps or partly break. I was out of danger then thanks to ability to fly. I was quite suprised when i saw traces of neon on a roof further away from where the destruction was. Not much later i got under attack by some angel looking creatures. They ended up destroied in mare saconds. 

"How about you come down to the ground huh!?" i heard Fetch yell. I did as she "suggested" and landed not much far from her. She attacked first and so a fight went loose. Meanwhile David had sent his lapdogs to attack those intruders who wanted to ruin his plan. What made me worry the most was hearing Delsins voice here and there, far away from me, but he was trying to get closer, but those lapdogs kept him busy. 

"Gwen, try to fight against it. I really don't want to kill you" Fetch said. I sent her back wards with a blogh of ice, then turned around and targeted the angels who were approaching again. One of them looked different than others and my mind set pieces together at that same point. That one was Eugene. Right then i was forced to pick him as main target. I was about to do something awful, when i felt getting stabbed through my back. Last sight was neon sticking out from the middle of my chest.

*Delsin

Everything turned suddenly different. Those guys who i think belonged with David turned around and left. I heard talking far away and as i looked in that direction, i felt as if something was ripped out from me. Gwen was on the ground, a stick of neon pierced through her body and Fetch standing a few steps away. I ran there as fast as i could and fell to my knees next to Gwen. 

"No..You can't be dead.." i gently held her by her shoulders. The stick disappeared from her body. I pulled her closer to me, trying to hear her still breathing or heartbeats but....i heard nothing. 

"I'm so sorry.."i heard Fetch silently say. I looked up at her with anger.

"You...you killed her. You killed her!" i suddenly yelled. 

"Gwen asked her to do this" Eugene stepped infront of Fetch. "If you want revenge, turn it towards David because he started this all"

Everyone turned silent. I kept looking at Gwen. She looked peaceful as if she was sleeping. I had lost another important person in my life. What was i supposed to do without her? I felt more dead than heartbroken by that thought. She was my everything.

*Fetch

I felt huge amounts of guilt because of what i did. I killed Gwen. I did what she had asked from me. But by that i made Delsin lose her as well. He pulled her into a hug, hiding his face against her shouder. I suddenly noticed something strange. I looked at Gwens right hand and i saw her finger move a tiny bit. Then her hair switched colour. It turned from brown to light red.

"Delsin" i wanted to turn his attention to the same thing i was seeing. I looked towards Eugene as well, but his eyes were already on Gwen. 

*Gwen

I felt so warm. I felt so calm and i felt free. I also felt how my shoulder was wet for some reason. I slowly opened my eyes and first sight was a pair of dark brown eyes looking back at me. I smiled a bit as i recognised Delsin just seconds later. 

"Y...you are alive" his voice was a bit shaky. I then noticed the whites of his eyes being a bit red. I moved my hands to his cheeks and wiped the tears away. 

"I'm alive. I have people to protect" i smiled even more. "Help me up" i then whispered. I wrapped my arm around his shoulders and stood up with him. The wound i had in the middle of my chest was healed. That was when i looked at Fetch "You brave bitch. You did it" i said with a light chuckle.

"As you suggested. I used the moment" she walked closer and hugged me. I held my arm out towards Eugene.

"Well done, guarian angel" i hugged him as soon as Fetch had let go of me. He stood still like a rock before akwardly placing his arms around me. 

"I'm going to plan an attack on David. I don't think we have much to do today." i said as soon as i was standing on my own again. 

I was more than sure that David was out of my head and somehow wasnt able to get there either anymore. I felt so much more alive. I wanted to take him down and help those others to freedom as well. But everything needed now more careful planning.

At home i had a talk with Aleana. I gave her some of my clothes to change into before we started talking. Delsin was still talking to Eugene and Fetch. 

"I'm so glad to see you again" she said as we sat down on the couch.

"Same here. I'm so much more calm now when i know you are here and under my watch and not outside where David could find you" 

"I would have gone out of the city and to my grandparents. They know i have powers, but they are calm about it. They don't know how to be scared of such things like others." she smiled cutely.

"I still haven't asked what powers you have?" i turned curious like a child. She turned the lights off and on with a simple move of her hand. 

"I can manipulate electricity" she held her hand infront of her. i saw her hand slightly glow when small lightnings danced on her skin.

"That's amazing" 

"I think i go home now. I have been here already more that i should. Thank you so much Gwen" she hugged me and stood up.

"It's your choice. I'm not holding you here"

"If you need help, just call. I won't be too far away" she smiled and walked towards the door, me following. She turned around as she placed her hand on the door handle. "By the way, bright red hair suits you so much better than the brown you used to have" 

"Thanks" i grinned
