#19 Piece of Christmas

"Hey...wake up sleepyhead" i felt gentle nudging. "It's Chiristmas morning. How are you still sleeping!?" Delsin rised his voice a bit and pulled my arm. 

"Let me sleep...5 more minutes" i pulled my arm free and rolled myself into the blanket. I felt how he picked me up and lifted me onto his shoulder, then carried me out of the bedroom. "What are you doing? Delsin?" i asked curiously.

"You girl are going to learn today the importance of Christmas" he said seriously. I finally woke up. He put me down in the livingroom, made me sit on the couch and looked childishly happy. The whole livingroom was different. The furniture moved around to make room for a sudden chiristmas tree in the corner of the room. "Isn't that nice?" he smiled even more.

"Yes it is nice. But when? How didn't i hear you moving around the furniture?" i asked while looking at him.

"You were sleeping. And the door to our room was closed. And i tried to be as silent as possible" he grinned and sat next to me. "How you still don't have Christmas spirit?" he turned more serious once again as he noticed my still not happy expression.

"I guess because there is no snow. Every chirstmas has been with snow." i replied and walked to the window. There was a long silence before Delsin walked to me and wrapped his arms around me.

"It's okay. I'm sure snow will come soon." he kissed my cheek and rested his chin to my shoulder. "Hopefully a party can change your mood" 

"What party?" i looked at him

"Fetch and Roger planned one for today. About at 9 o'clock at night. At their place" he said.

"Who else is coming?" i was suddenly interested.

"It's quite all conduits party. Your brother is invited too since he is everyones friend now."

We stood behind the door, waiting for any responce. Delsin knocked again and after a bit more waiting he opened the door and walked in, me after him. 

"Is someone here or not!!?" he yelled and walked further in. The place was awesomely decorated. Mostly neon everywhere. Little stars, candycanes and christmas trees drawed everywhere on the walls. In the middle of the big room was a christmas tree. Not usual one. Made of metal but it looked so like a real tree. Some neon was on that too. 

"Those two didn't waste time. I think im finally feeling some christmas spirit" i smiled childishly and touched the tree, making it get covered with frost. The neon made the frost sparkle. We both turned towards the stairs then as Fetch and Roger jogged down the stairs.

"Oh you two are already here" Fetch walked to us happily. I turned more attention to both of their clothing. Both wore a christmas themed sweather. Fetch had a hairband with raindeer antlers on. Roger as it seems had used his powers and made his out of metal. 

"Hey, did you add frost to our tree? Nice" Roger nodded approvingly. "And where are the others?" 

"Who knows. Oliver said he will be here, so did Eugene, but as we know Eugene is no party animal so he might have decided to sit in his hideout and play videogames" Delsin answered. 

"Roger, you can drag him here" Fetch kissed her boyfriends cheek. Roger only nodded with a slight smile and handed his raindeer antlers to Fetch. "Dont forget to drag along his girlfriend" she added before Ro left. 

"Wait, Lyall is back in town? Last time i knew she flied 3000 kilometers away to meet and see her cousin" i looked questioningly at Fetch.

"Yes. She is back. And lets not let those two stay alone together for too long or else there will be little Eugenes and Lyalls everywhere" Fetch laughed and i with Delsin did the same.

"That would be actually cute." I added.

"Besides, me and Gwen have been together much longer and there still isnt any small versions of us running around" Delsin said. Silence followed during what he looked at me with wide eyes.

"Ooohhh....Gwen, are you..?" Fetch started when i stopped them both from having wrong ideas.

"For god sake no. You guys are mad. If there was something, i would have told long time ago"

Only half an hour later there was a full party going on. A lot more other conduits came. Oliver seemed to be the only normal and he sticked mostly around me and my closest friends. As i noticed he preferred to talk a lot to Lyall and Eugene. Since all those three didn't like to party a lot, they staied in one corner on a couch and talked. After leaving Oliver under their watch i was able to freely give my attention to Delsin again. I had let myself go. Even so much the whole place was later under slowly falling snow what made everyone happier and Delsin had to carry me home.
