thorn's vendetta to vanquish all opposing wolves / packs has been close to completion by her bizarre standards. to reward the pack for their loyal behavior, thorn has decreed that the pack is allowed a period of freedom for 5 cycles of the sun while it is still present in the sky.
for 5 cycles of the sun only, the wolves are allowed to relax and enjoy their fleeting time under the rule of the black wolf. it is suggested that the wolves relish in this time of grace before it ends.
