Prologue

"There was once a case about an underwear thief in an apartment complex in Tokyo.

Rumors about what he looked like spread like wildfire.

Nobody found out anyway.

It stopped after a few months but resumed after a week. Pretty fast actually.

The female residents living there have said that most of their undergarments, especially lacy ones, started going missing.

They have already reported these incidents but the police still haven't found the culpri-"

A tall man yawned as he pressed the off button on the TV remote.

He smirked and propped hic chin on his hand "Idiots"

He heard the sound of a truck outside his room as he stood up from his chair. He glanced out the window and saw a whiff of blond hair pass by his room as the person unlocked the door to the apartment next to his. 

He grinned and looked at his collection.

He picked up a small piece of clothing and examined it. The image of the person with blond hair appeared in his mind, making him chuckle.

He looked at his watch and it indicated that it was already past 6 in the evening.

He laughed and threw the piece of clothing to a pile just beside a table. He plopped down on an armchair and crossed his legs "Just a few more hours"

Tonight, he was going to strike, for he had found a new victim.
