The Reaper

Chapter 1

Akane's POV

The ground started shaking as I jumped from building to building.

Demon: " Aaaaaaaaaggghhh!!! " I looked back then, jumped up and landed in a open area as I turned around. The Demon swung it's hand trying to hit me but, I jumped away.

Akane: " Come on. Is that all you got! Come at me Demon! " The demon screams again as it swung at me again as this time I jumped on it's arm and ran up it. It smiled then, went to charge a blasted from it's mouth. " No you don't! " I jumped at it and kicked It's face having his blasted beams it's beam into space.

Demon: " Damn you!!!!! " He swung his arm as I got caught and sent flying down. " I'll kill you!!! " I got up and looked as it started beams shooting out his eyes. I ran through them and jumped up in front of it.

Demon: " Why you little! "

Akane: " Say goodbye! " I said and swung my scythe.

(The Next Day)

'School Bell'

Akane: Crap! Crap! Crap! I slam the door open as I break out, out of breath. " I'm... Here... "

Teacher: " Well good for you Ms. Karagami. You're just one second from being late. Go on and take your seat. " I bowed then, walked to my seat and sat down. During her lecture a piece of paper is past to my desk. I took it and looked up at a pink hair and big chested woman who is my best friend.

Rin: " You didn't know but, there was a warm-up question on the board today. " Rin whispered facing me.

Akane: " Thanks Rin, you're a life saver. " She gave me a thumps up then, turned her back to face the board. As I chevked up with class, I write down the warm-up and the notes.

Akane: (Well, thats my story. I'm a Reaper who kills demons at night and regular student in the day. Sound simple enough... Wrong.)

(Midnight)

I ran after him as I was swinging my scythe, trying to cut it.

Human man: " What the hell you think you're doing with that thing? "

Akane: " Just shut up and let me cut you! "

Human man: " Get away from me you weirdo! "

Akane: " No! You're a danger to mankind! "

Human man: " The hell! Says the bitch swinging a damn scythe around like a maniac at me! "

Akane: " Just shut up and stop running! " I looked at the small demon who pop it's head out of the guys back shirt and stivk it's tongue out at me. " Damn you... Now you've done it! Come here so I can kill you! "

Human man: " Someone Help me!!!!!!! "

Akane: (Hahaha... The small demons are the most problematic. They are, easy to kill but, they can do much damage like a regular sided demon if they find a human they can latch onto. Sometimes I'll be running after them alnight then, end up missing school the next day. My entire life is a problem.)

(The Next Morning)

Rin: " Akane... Akane... Akane wake up or you'll be late for school. " Half asleep, I rolled over.

Akane: " Mmm... Just a few more minutes. "

Rin: " You said that over a million times already. Wake up. " Rin pulls my head up as I lead my head between her pillows.

Akane: " Their so soft... " I said rubbing my head in between.

Rin: " Akane, please get up. "
