My world seemed to change as I saw him, my vision becoming neon and symetrical lines forming around me.

I couldn't see his face, but all I could see was blackness with white outlines. "I like your confidence. Your strength. Your courage."he said and dissappeared.

"You will be a fighter and protector to remember for ages."his voice said out of thin air, nowhere to be seen.

I was suddenly running, andreline beating in my heart and pumping through my veins. I kept running forward and an object formed into three men who were running to me.

"Fight."boomed the voice and I dodged an attack from one of the men who swung a knife to my throat. I grabbed his arm and twisted his wrist, making him drop the knife. I kicked him in his stomach and a hand clamped over my throat, lifting me into the air.

I furrowed my eyebrows and gripped his wrist with one arm, putting the other behind the other side of it and pushing both of my arms forward, breaking his into an off angle that allowed blood to seep through and show his bones.

The other gripped my hair but I twisted away, grabbing his arm and throwing him off my shoulder. His back fell against the floor and he fell limp, not moving.

I continued to run forward and dodged bullets like I was in the Matrix, never allowing one to hit me. The room began to blacken, the shapes and neon lights dissappearing and setteling into a calm but eerie night.

"You've done well. Fight me."the voice said. He came out of the shadows nearby. A rope, katana, and screwdriver fell before me and I stared at what I would use. The katana looked fake and styrophomic and the screwdriver would be hard to hold in my hands during battle.

I took the rope that looked strong and sturdy enough. "Hmph."he muttered at my choice. I scowled and tried to speak but nothing came out of my throat. "I forgot to say....speaking is not permitted."

He dashed to me with a katana of his own and I sidestepped, watching out for the sword that looked peircingly sharp. I wrapped the rope around his neck and pulled him back, watching as he flew over me and hit against a wall.

He shoke his head and stood up. "Round two."he said and the ground seemed to become gravityless, making me fly towards the ceiling.

"Upside down."he explained and struck his katana at my side. It cut my pair of leggings and I groaned. The rope followed my instructions, grabbing his katana and bringing it to me. I took it and stared at him, daring him to make the next move.

He took out a dagger that smelt of wolfsbane and I stepped back. He smiled and jumped forward, slashing around me and cutting a couple strands of my hair. I took the katana and defended myself when he dived his dagger to my chest, trying to pierce my heart.

I pushed against him and he staggered, coming back with renewed andreline. His leg darted under mines and I nearly tripped, doing a handstand and kicking his face.

He fell and laid on the floor in defeat. I walked to him and he stood still. The room began to become what it looked once before and it's bright features hurted my eyes for a few seconds before my senses kicked in. "Lovely...."said that voice again. I twisted around to see the man that was fighting me wipe sweat off of his brow and hover over me, staring at me thoughtfully.

"I haven't fully introduced myself. My name is Andrew."he said staring at me intensly with those deep cetrine eyes. "Renee."I said, holding out my hand for him to shake.

He stared at it for a few seconds and shoke it like he was never used to that gesture. "So, I'm putting together a group of people that protect our school, mostly because we have attacks from less friendly ones, and will be world leaders. I wanna make you one of them."he said.

I nodded. "Sure. Who else is in this group?"I ask quietly. He thinks about it and frowns, his calm features turning deadly and angry.

"Rather not say. Anyway, your detention is in a couple of minutes. The council decided to let you only have a week, since you decided to become part of our league."he said.

I nodded and tried to walk out the room, but the door is locked. "There are no cameras, no bugs, nothing. Your detention is with me in this room." He said.

I looked at him with puppy dog eyes, wanting to look innocent and escape. "Really?"I asked. He nodded and took out a big, chunky book.

"Lets get to work."he said.
