"I don't care what problems you had before but if you both don't stop, you're going to get us all killed. And the last thing I need is my distant family members making edits of my face with those ghetto ass clouds."
Frank couldn't stand the apartment anymore, the sheer guilt that his neighbours had been dragged into the situation was eating away at him. He and Tamara booked a motel close by. But he decided to listen to Matt. Just to get him off of his case so he followed his advice and accompanied him to Melvin's workshop.
He sat on the stool in Melvin's workshop, absentmindedly swivelling around. Melvin was an old friend of Matt's, he had originally made the Daredevil uniform for Matt.
Of course Melvin was apprehensive to even make anything for other people. Matt had made him a deal awhile back.
Melvin measured Tamara's waist with the tape and stood back.
"Come on Melvin." Matt said. "I'm not even asking for the same as this suit. Just something that can help."
"It's risky." He said, stepping back.
"Alright, c'mon Tamara. We're going to Best Buy." Frank said, ushering her away from Melvin as he snaked an arm around her waist.
Matt heaved out a sigh.
"At one in the morning, Castle?" Matt retorted.
"I know a guy." He said, deadpan.
"I don't know why you're being such an asshole for. You're clearly struggling, you can't even keep the girl safe-" Matt said, irritated.
In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it flash of movement, Tamara felt Frank release her from his gasp and advance towards him.
"What did you just say, you piece of shit?!" He yelled, lunging towards him.
"Frank no!" Tamara shouted, she tried to dive forward to stop him but Melvin immediately grabbed ahold of her.
"Are you crazy?" Melvin said.
He let go of her, and yanked Matt away from Frank.
"Stop it!" She yelled, and Frank stopped when he heard the urgency and alarm in her voice.
"I don't care what problems you had before but if you both don't stop, you're going to get us killed. And the last thing I need is my distant family members making edits with my face with those ghetto ass clouds."
He released the grip he had on Matt, which let him slump to the ground.
"Now shake hands." Tamara said, folding her arms.
"Come on kid, don't make me-" Frank began.
"He literally just throttled me." Matt said, still on edge and agitated from Frank almost choking him.
