The sound of thunder hitting our glass windows and making the hallways echo woke me up. I tried looking for you so you can protect me from all the monster that lived underneath our bed but you were nowhere to be seen. I tried calling for you but you didnt bother to answer my helpless calls. I tried hiding but the shadows still got me. You said that you would be by my side and protect me, feed me, give me shelter

But the beauty of the butterfly flew to soon.

I remember the first time we met
The first time I saw you
I fell in love, and you smiled because you knew you had another play toy you can break.

But I couldn't think straight from all the pain you caused.
I ended up saying it was okay.
You wipe the tears and the dried-up blood from my lips.

That's when I whispered

"Stay"

As you shut the door behind you.
