( THE PARTY )
_____The party was moved outside, due to the extension of the Weasley family. Angie was introduced to a younger girl, named Rose, who was insanely bright for her age. Luckily, Angie loved it.
Everywhere, people were chatting, laughing, and playing games. Everybody was having fun. Mrs. Weasley somehow magically made a gorgeous, HUGE cake, and brought it out with no troubles. It was in the shape of a dragon, a gorgeous, fire red color, with blue flames coming out of it's mouth. It was a simple vanilla cake, which at first made Angie upset, as she much preferred chocolate, until she took a bite. Later on, a bunch of buttery, sweet drinks were provided in unmarked bottles. Everyone called it "butterbeer", and Angie loved it.
"Hey, Angie, could you come here?" Vic called, grabbing Angie's hand.
"Yeah, sure," she replied, and maneuvered her way around, and followed Angie out of the back yard, into the house, and up the stairs to the very top room.
"Talk to you later," she said, and shoved her into the room, shutting the door behind her. Angie heard the door lock behind her, and tried the handle.
"Vic, get back here and let me out!" she cried, jiggling the handle.
"Hey, not so fast."
Angie whipped around and saw James. "I didn't ask her to lock us in, I just wanted her to bring you up here," he said, putting his hands up. Angie sighed.
"Okay, yeah, I believe you. Why did you want me up here?"
"I need to tell you something. It's important."
Angie waited in silence, already guessing what it was. James was looking at the ground awkwardly, still not saying anything.
"It's, uh. Well..."
Suddenly, the door unlocked and swung violently open."THE STUPID PRAT LIKES YOU EVANGELINE MORRIS" yelled Vic. "HE'S JUST A PRAT AND CAN'T SAY IT HIMSELF."
James rolled his eyes, his face turning bright red. Angie blushed severely.
"Viiiiic, was that necessary?" James asked, avoiding eye contact with Angie.
"You were taking too long! Now just speed things along and kiss already, would you?"
"VIC!" Angie gasped. "We just met!"
"It's love at first sight!" Vic said. James and Angie just looked at her, until she sighed and said, "Alright, alright, that wasn't actually what he was going to tell you. I'll leave you alone now." And with that, Victoire left with a smirk on her face.
"I wanted to ask you something, Angie," James finally said. "Does your family have any issues with... wizards? Witches?"
"Like, making potions and flying on broomsticks?" Angie laughed. "No, of course not."
"Good, good," James said, breathing a sigh of relief.
Angie looked at him, confused. "Why do you ask?"
"Just... my family... kind of... likes that stuff, I guess you could say?"
"Oh, so do I," Angie said, smiling. "It's interesting, isn't it? It would be cool if it was real."
James nodded, laughing. "Yeah, it would be."
