"How are you getting home, Lo?" Dinah asks as she helps Ally into her coat before leading her out of the bar, the raven haired girl following behind and locking up on her way out.
"I'm walking." Lauren replies as she zips up her jacket and ties her scarf around her neck.
"No way." Ally states firmly, surprising the younger two. "It's after midnight, it's freezing and it's dangerous to walk by yourself. We'll take you home."
"I just live like fifteen minutes away, I'll be fine, I promise. I do it all the time, I just cut through a couple of alleys to make it quicker and dodge the busier bars."
"It's not safe, Lauren. It's late and you shouldn't be wandering the streets at night."
"I'm not wandering the streets, I'm walking home."
"Can we take this argument elsewhere? I'm freezing." Dinah grumbles, pulling her jacket tighter around herself. It was starting to get frosty and she really didn't fancy getting ill any time soon.
"Sorry, Dinah, you can go, I'll see you soon?"
"Just let us give you a ride home, Laur. It'll be quicker if we do, and I know that you'll be fine but it would make us feel better if we knew you were home safe." Dinah tries as she wraps her arms around the girl, her chin resting on top of Lauren's head.
"But I can walk." The younger girl mumbles unhappily as she nuzzles closer to the blonde in attempt to gain some warmth.
"I know, honey but it would make me really happy if you'd let us drop you off."
Breathing a heavy sigh, Lauren nods into the taller woman's shoulder, causing a smile to spread across Dinah's face as she immediately begins to lead them towards the car.
"In you go then, Laur, let's get the heaters on it's freezing."
"Will- no, nothing." Lauren starts before cutting herself off and moving to climb into the car.
"Will what, babe?"
"I was- I was just wondering if you'd sit um, with me? You don't have to, I just-"
"Of course I will, move up, okay? I don't wanna walk round."

"Lauren? Sweetheart, wake up, we're at your apartment."
"Noooo." The raven haired girl whines, snuggling closer into Dinah's chest.
"Come on, baby, I need you to tell me which one if you're not gonna walk." Dinah tries, not expecting the girl to want to be carried.
"Four."
"And your key?" She asks looking amused.
"Bag."
"Come on then, let's get you to bed." Dinah murmurs sliding out of the car before reaching back in to help a half asleep Lauren out. She smiles softly when the small Cuban just leans against her and she scoops her up into her arms just as Ally makes an appearance beside them.
"Can you find her key, Al? She said it's in her bag."
"Sure." Ally nods, grabbing the bag as they walk.
When they make it into the apartment, they are greeted by the sound of a tv playing in living room. "Laur? Is that you?" They hear before someone appears in the hall.
"Um, is she okay?" The girl asks nervously, not expecting to see anyone other than her roommate.
"She's fine, just tired." Dinah shrugs, adjusting her grip on the younger girl in her arms.
