Narrator POV
Anakin woke up next to Ahsoka - as he had been doing for a few months now. He smiled every time he saw her when he woke up. It brought him joy to know that she trusted him enough to let him sleep with her.

He looked at a nearby clock and read "6:27" on it. In three minutes the actual alarm would go off. Three more minutes until Ahsoka and Anakin would start getting ready to meet their new Padawans.

Anakin was quite surprised that Yoda was assigning himself and Ahsoka Padawans so soon after Ahsoka's officially becoming a Jedi Master, but he didn't doubt that Ahsoka would be a great Master. In fact, he thought she'd make a perfect Jedi Master.

Anakin's thoughts were interrupted by their alarm going off. He waited until Ahsoka was sitting up to turn it off, as she tends to sleep in without an alarm.

"Morning, Ani.." She said as she stretched a little.

"Good morning, Snips," Anakin said, kissing her cheek, "You excited?"

"Yeah! I can't wait to meet our new Padawans!" Ahsoka said excitedly.

Anakin smiled at her and she returned the smile. They both knew Obi-Wan and Astoria were pretty excited too; especially Astoria. She didn't really have anyone her own age around, so she was hoping these new Padawans would be, at least, tolerable people. She could easily make friends with almost anyone, though; albeit, older, younger, or same age.

Anakin moved his blanket from off of himself and stood up, stretching a little himself now. Ahsoka did the same to stand. She walked over to her closet and took out an outfit, then walked to the bathroom to change. While she was in the bathroom, Anakin changed in the bedroom. By the time they were both ready, it was the perfect time to leave to go meet their new Padawans on time.

A few minutes of walking passed when Anakin and Ahsoka saw Obi-Wan and Astoria waiting. Obi-Wan waved and Astoria smiled at the two brightly. It was clear they were excited to meet Anakin and Ahsoka's new Padawans. They reached the two and smiled at them.

"Are you excited to meet your Padawans?" Obi-Wan asked Ahsoka and Anakin.

"Yeah," Anakin said happily.

"Yes!" Ahsoka exclaimed excitedly.

"What are their names?" Astoria asked.

"My Padawan's name is Kanan," Anakin said.

"Mine's name is Ezra," Ahsoka replied.

"Are they related in some way?" Obi-Wan asked.

"Yeah, actually, Kanan and Ezra are brothers," Anakin told him, "Kanan is the older of the two."

"Oh, really?" Obi-Wan stated, surprised.

"Oh look!! Here they come!!" Ahsoka said turning to face a large door down the hall. It was opening; and as it did, they could make out the outline of the two boys: Kanan and Ezra.

Anakin and Ahsoka both smiled happily at the two. Ezra had a dark blue hair color and wore a vest that was a pale brown with the outlining being a color of faded yellow. His shirt and pants were a dirty orange color. His eyes, which Ahsoka noticed seemed to catch Astoria's attention, were a brilliant cerulean color. And his lightsaber looked very strange. In fact, none of the others had ever seen one like it.
