Karan came home in the evening and found Anjali in their room arranging their wardrobe. He smiled and hugged her from behind. "I missed you sweetheart" he said nuzzling her neck. Anjali had goosebumps on her skin. Even after four years of being married, Karan still had such an effect on her. She turned and encircled her hands around his neck "I missed you too honey. Why was your phone switched off since morning?" Karan gave a sheepish smile to her "Actually after talking with you yesterday night, I forgot to charge my phone. Due to low battery, it got switched off. Sorry!"

She kissed him on the jaw "It's ok but be careful from next time. I was worried when I couldn't contact you" He nodded his head and placed his lips on her kissing her softly. Anjali's hold tightened on his neck and she kissed him back. Both broke the kiss and Karan carried her to sit on the couch with her in his lap. She kept her head on his shoulder and Karan tightened his grip around her waist "Where are kids Anjali?" Anjali replied "Mom and Dad have taken them to my parents house. They all will be spending night there together"

Karan hummed and continued caressing her back. He closed his eyes in satisfaction. Having his wife this close to him was his peace and relaxation. Anjali asked him when he was silent "How was your meeting baby?" Karan opened his eyes but continued to sit in the same relaxing position "It was good. Finally the papers for the deal were signed today afternoon" She smiled at him "Congratulations honey! I am so proud of you. By the way how is Arjun and Rahil? Did he liked the toys I send for him?"

Karan chuckled and replied "He is fantastic and he loved your gifts darling. He played non-stop with me with that toys. However I cannot say the same for Arjun" Anjali got confused hearing him "Why what happened to him. Is he ok?" Karan sighed and narrated her everything Arjun said him about him and Pakhi. Anjali laughed hearing him "So he too is living miserable from inside like our Pakhi?" Karan had a surprised expression on his face "How come you know about them? Hell I came to know regarding it yesterday only!" Anjali caressed his cheek and replied "Pakhi told me about it today afternoon. She is hesitant to accept a job in Mumbai due to Arjun's presence there"

Karan huffed "That job was arranged by Arjun only. He wants to clear the misunderstandings between them and win her back. He thought it would be good if they live in the same city. This way he will be able to communicate more with her" Anjali scwoled hearing this "Arjun arranged this job for her! Does Pakhi have an idea about it?" Karan shook his head furiously "No! And don't even mention this to her or else she won't accept it. Poor Arjun will have to face her wrath then" Anjali lifted her face from his shoulder and looked at him "So should we convince her to accept this job and go to Mumbai. I really wish to see her happy Karan"

Karan sighed and replied "We both will convince her for it. Arjun too is miserable without her. He really wants to make amends with her and win her love back. He finally realized that his love is too strong to let her go and he wants us to help him" Anjali gave a knowing look to him "I know Arjun won't let her leave him for good. She too love him but right now her anger is overpowering her love. It's just a matter of time till they both will finally confess their feelings for each other"

Karan gave a smile to her "I know darling that Arjun would make her forgive him. But Pakhi shouldn't know that we are helping Arjun. She will go thermonuclear on us if she  learns that" Anjali laughed and nodded her head "I promise I won't tell a soul. She would be even happy to have Rahil along with Arjun. She will be a good mother. Look how our munchkins adore her in a short time" Karan grinned at her "I told the same to Arjun. He was initially uncertain about her acceptance for Rahil but that little boy is too hard to resist. He can capture anyone's heart in no time and I am sure even Pakhi won't be an exception in this" Anjali replied "Yes I am sure he would. Rahil is just adorable. Even Aarav and Kiara like his company"

Karan smiled devilishly towards Anjali and pulled her further "Now how about you give me company in bed wifey. I was away from you for two days. Let me show you how much I missed you!" Anjali shook her head at him and got out of his hold "No Karan not now. Pakhi will be waiting for us as it's  dinner time. We have to also convince her to accept the job and move to Mumbai" Karan pouted at her faking sadness. She grinned at him and pecked on his lips "Now husband if you agree to do what I said then I promise to make your night special. Even kids are not home tonight!" Saying so she winked at him. Karan jumped from the couch and dragged her towards Pakhi's room.

Pakhi was checking the details Laa-bel's manager had send her when she heard a knock on her door. After sometime she saw Karan and Anjali came inside and sat on her bed. She smiled looking at them and asked her brother "When you came back Bhai?"
Karan gave her a smile "Just an hour ago. Your Bhabhi told me that you got a job offer from a famous boutique in Mumbai?" Pakhi looked nervously at Anjali but she smiled and gave a ressuring look to her "Yes Bhai I was actually checking out it's details just few minutes back" Karan kept a hand on her shoulder and pulled her closer "You would like to work in this company?" Pakhi nodded her head. Karan pass a knowing look to Anjali and she gave an encouraging nod to him. He asked "Then what's the problem sissy? Just say yes to them and join the company as soon as you can"

Pakhi sighed "Bhai I am not so certain about living in Mumbai!" Karan knew this would come so he said "If you are worried about how will you stay there alone then don't worry. I will arrange for your living there and if you face any difficulty then just know that I am a phonecall away. I will be with you as soon as possible if you are in any kind of trouble ok so don't worry" Anjali said supporting her husband "Yes dear we will always be there for you. Just leave your worries and think this opportunity to make your career. Few people get such golden opportunity Pakhi! Don't let it go" Pakhi thought for a while and asked Karan "What about mom and dad? Will they allow me to go there for a job?" Karan rolled his eyes "Sis you just go. I will handle our parents ok" Pakhi nodded at him. Karan winked at Anjali and then all three went to have dinner.
