~OS 2~ I can't sleep

Today has been a long day, the boys filmed a lot. They were exhausted, so they went to bed very early.
Mikey couldn't sleep, so he went to the kitchen to drink some water. Someone else was up, he couldn't see who it was so he switched on the light and he saw Brook, looking for something in the fridge. He jumped when the light turned on, so when he saw it was Mike he smiled.

Mikey : Oh it's you, why are you here ?
Brooklyn : I can't sleep. So I got up and I was looking for some food... What about you ?
Mikey : Actually same. I wanted to drink some water.

He walked to the fridge and took a bottle of water, then he poured some water in a glass.

Brooklyn : are you awake for a long time ?
Mikey : 2 hours, you ?
Brooklyn : Since I went to bed...
Mikey : Wow, you didn't sleep at all ?
Brooklyn : No... I was thinking about something so I couldn't sleep...
Mikey : About what ?

Brook blushed, but Mikey didn't notice cause he wasn't looking at him.

Brooklyn : I.. I can't tell you...
Mikey : Oh okay

Brooklyn was thinking about something he couldn't tell anyone, he was thinking about his sexuality. He wasn't sure, about his feelings, about his love life, about him. He thought that he was gay, because he has never felt anything for a girl, and sometimes when he is with guys he feels weird. But he couldn't tell anything about it, because the others would probably hate him.. May be ?
Mikey drank his glass, and he walked to his room. But Brooklyn grabbed his arm, and looked at him in the eyes.

Brooklyn : Please... I ... I need to..
Mikey : what ?
Brooklyn : I... I don't want to be alone... Can you stay with me please ?

He was about to tell him but he changed his mind. He was afraid. Yeah, he was afraid of his friend.

Mikey : But.. I am tired..
Brooklyn : I know... But please...
Mikey : Okay, I'll stay with you, but in your bed because I really need to sleep.
Brooklyn : Alright..

So they went to Brook's bed, and they were cuddling. Brook really wanted to confess to him, because he knew that he could trust him. But he was scared about his reaction. Mikey noticed that Brook was hiding something to him.

Mikey : Why didn't you want to tell me what you were thinking about..?
Brooklyn : I can't...
Mikey : Why ? It has to do with someone else ?
Brooklyn : No... I mean... I can't talk about it... It.. it scares me a lot...
Mikey : Come on Brook, you don't have to be afraid of anything with us. And with me.
Brooklyn : I know... But... Please leave it.
Mikey : I don't want to. I want you to trust me !
Brooklyn : Okay.. well... I am... I think I am gay.

Mikey stared at him with a shocked look.

Brooklyn : Yeah... it's why I didn't want to tell you... You hate me now, don't you?
Mikey : What ? No !! It's just that... You were afraid to tell me... That ? Babe, you don't have to be !!! And why would I judge you when I am bisexual myself ?

At these words, Brooklyn couldn't move.

Brooklyn : What...? You..like boys too?
Mikey : Yes I do. Actually I am dating a guy right now.

Brooklyn felt like a pinch in the heart. He didn't know why, it's okay if his friend is happy with someone. Why did he feel like this ?

Brooklyn : Well.. I didn't know...
Mikey : Nobody did. It's fine

Actually Mikey isn't happy with his current boyfriend, he doesn't love him anymore. He has feelings for Brook, since a month already. But he tried to act like if he didn't.
Brooklyn felt his heart beat, he has never loved anyone and he didn't know what was this feeling. Why does he felt sad as fuck when Mikey told him it ? Why ? And why the hell was he crying ? He felt some tears rolling down his face that Mikey noticed.

Mikey : Brook... Why are you crying ?
Brooklyn : I am not ...
Mikey : Don't lie
Brooklyn : I have no fucking idea about why I am crying...
Mikey : What ?
Brooklyn : leave me alone please. It's okay. Go sleep you're tired I don't need to-

Mikey cut him off.

Mikey : I will sleep in this bed. I will know why you are in this state. I will help you.
Brooklyn : You can't help me... Nobody can...
Mikey : Why ?
Brooklyn : because I have feelings toward someone that I can't help. And I don't know what the hell are these fucking feelings.
Mikey : What kind of feelings ?
Brooklyn : When I am close to him, my heart beat faster and I blush.. it's the first time I feel this weird with someone !
Mikey : It's called love... Wait, you never were in love ??
Brooklyn : Never.. I don't believe in love...
Mikey : You should. May be this someone love you back and ...
Brooklyn : He doesn't. He's taken.
Mikey : Oh...

They were both blushing and embarrassed.

Mikey : Can I know.. who it is ?
Brooklyn : .... I need to go for a minute

He got up and went out the room. Mike heard him drinking some water and talking to himself, but he couldn't hear what he was saying. When he came back, two minutes later, Mikey pulled him in a hug and whispered to his ear "Don't feel afraid to tell me anything". Then he let Brooklyn lay down again next to him.

Brooklyn : If I tell you, you will run away...
Mikey : Why ?
Brooklyn : Because it's y-
Jack : Shut up guys someone's trying to sleep Mikey why are you were lemme sleeeeep

The two boys looked at eachother, they both understood that Jack had messed up this moment.

Brooklyn : We better sleep, don't you think ?
Mikey : Yeah...

So they both closed their eyes and started falling asleep. But Mike heard Brooklyn whispered a little "it's you Michael..." So he smiled and took Brook's head in his hands, before kissing him passionately. Brooklyn kissed him back, then they ended the kiss to breathe.

Brooklyn : But.. You're with someone else...
Mikey : I know he cheated. And I do not love him anymore. I love you.
Brooklyn : Love you too...
