When I woke up the morning I wasn't feeling good my ribs were hurting and I am so sore when I look at myself in the mirror I looked horrble my arms have tons of cuts and bruises and I was just glad that there wasn't any bruises on my face so again I had to wear an oversized jacket. I skipped breakfast and took a shower and I looked in the mirror and saw a huge gash and bruise on the side of my stomache. I got dressed and hurried out of my window. Yes , a window my parents are asleep so I quickly walked to school and when I saw Mrs. Cocoran and when she saw me she almost cried and she hugged me but I groaned in pain and she looked at me worringly and I said I am not feeling good and she looked at scared and I showed her my scar and my huge gash and bruise and she looked at it. She looked kind of pale after she did and she said that we need to report my parents and I nodded and then I said Will I get in trouble and she got down on her knees and she said Oh baby girl you won't I promise I will take more care of you after they get reported and I nodded and I then said will you be my mommy for good and she just hugged me and yes and I hugged her back and then for the rest of the day my stomache has been huring and then at lunch it hurt even worse that I couldn't eat so I skipped lunch and went to Mrs. Cocoran's classroom. Once she saw me she hugged me and asked what was wrong and I said my stomache hurt and she nodded and said come sit down and let me look at it and I nodded and I sat down and she lifted my shirt and it looked even worse so she said we are going to the doctor and I nodded and said it hurts alot mommy and she said I know baby girl and so we got in her car and drove to the doctors office. I fell asleep on the way there and I felt someone lightly shaking me and when I woke I saw her face smiling down at me and I got out of the car and held her hand when we walked in and I was nervous so when we sat down my legs started shaking so Mrs. Cocoran held me and I felt less nervous and then they called my name and I looked at her nervously and she just held my hand. We then go into a X-ray room and they get many X- rays done and they found out that I broken about 4 ribs and I need stitches for my scratch on my stomache and so they stitch me up and they do a rap on my stomache and so the Dr. then said that she has to see me in about a week so we then left and I fell asleep on the way to her house and I didn't know it now but her home will now be my forever home and I also didn't know I was sleeping on her other arm and I then opened my eyes to Mrs. Cocoran smiling down at me and I smiled back  and I went inside her apartment and she asked if I was hungry and I nodded and so she said she is going to make soup for us and I said you don't have to I don't want to be a burden and  then she insisting and I then accepted the fact from then on she doesn't take no for an answer and I then finally said yes and we laughed and then she started making chicken tortilla soup and I asked is she needed help and she said no and I then said that I will become guilty if I don't help a little bit and she then said yes and so I helped her and it was a lot of fun and shelet me the tast tester and it was the best soup that I have ever tasted in my entire life I even told her that and she just laughed.  We then ate our soup and we decided while we were eating to watch a movie since today is Friday and it is a weekend and all so we watched a movie and while we watched a movie we sat on the couch and snuggled and ate popcorn. Then  we decided to watch the rest of the movie tomorrow. I of course have no clothes so tomorrow Mrs. Cocoran and I are going shopping and I guess I am happy but I have no idea how to go shopping but I bet Mrs. Cocoran will teach me. So she then asks me if I would like to sleep with her and of course I nodded and so she then let me get changed into her own clothes did I mention they smelled good if I didn't they smell amazing and I got dressed into shirt and a tee-shirt and I didn't know where her room was but she was in the kichen washing the dishes and I went behind her and I jumped on her back and she almost screamed and I said I am sorry and she hugged me and said she forgave me and she hugged me again and she then said do you want to help me do the dishes and then we can go to bed and I nodded and I helped her and then I thought of something amazing and then I took some soap suds and threw it at her and she looked at me surprised and then tackled me and smothered me with soap. We both laughed and she just picked me up and I screamed and she just laughed and we both came to her bedroom which was very nice by the way and we went to her bed and she set me lightly on the bed and went to her walk-in closet and got dressed quickly and climbed into her and I climbed to her side of the bed and snuggled close to her and we both fell asleep in a deep peaceful sleep that was dreamless.
