Well y'all voted for boyfriend Lauren soo.... here you gooo.

*Lauren's P.O.V*

A sharp pain shot through my ear as someone tugged out my ear bud.  "Ow!  What the-" I spun around to see Chris standing there with a grin on his face.  "Chris!  What the fuck do you need?" I snapped.

His smile faltered, "Sorry, I just wanted to tell you Normani's here to see you."

I nodded at him, "Thanks and sorry, I didn't sleep well last night.  I'm in a mood."  He cocked his head and left the room.

I bounded down the stairs, greeting Normani at the door. "Hey Mani! To what do I owe this pleasure?"

She laughed to herself, "Well you see I've been given a task."

I raised one eyebrow at her, "A task?"

She clapped her hands, "Yes yes! Now let's go get you changed, we have quite an adventure ahead of us."

I groaned as she pulled me up the stairs and into my room.

"I took the liberty of bringing you a kick ass outfit for your date tonight." She held up a bag that I hadn't noticed was in her hand.  "Don't yell at me, your girlfriend told me to."

I took the bag as a devilish grin spread across Normani's face.  Cautiously, I peered at the contents.  I raised an eyebrow at her as I pulled out a tight pair of black slacks.  "What does she have planned?"

Normani giggled, shrugging sheepishly.  "I don't know." she replied, sarcastically. "Guess you'll just have to find out."

I flipped the bag over and dumped out the rest of the items on the bed.  Dress shoes, a deep v-neck black button up, and a pressed bright red rose with a note attached.  I grinned like a goofball at Camila's attempt to be romantic.

Opening the note carefully, I read Camila's loopy cursive writing:

"Lauren mi amor, I have a beautiful night planned for us.  Get dressed, be ready at 6. I'll see you later. Te amo. Camila."

My nose wrinkled as I held the note to my chest and spun around in a circle.

"You're such a weirdo." Normani said, shaking her head.

I stopped in my tracks, I had forgotten she was there.  "Shut up." I huffed, continuing to smile down at the perfectly pressed flower.

"Lauren?" Normani spoke quietly.

"Hmm?" I hummed in response.

"Are you finally happy?" She asked in a very cautious tone.

I turned to face Normani's wishful eyes.  I smiled slightly and twisted my hair through my fingers.  "Yes, I honestly am."

She flashed me a smile, "Good!  Now let me help you get ready so you're ready on time!"  She pushed me down into a chair and retrieved make up from her purse.  "Now sit still, let me fix your face."

Her skilled hands brushed my face with all kinds of make up; she coated my lashed and sprinkled color across my cheeks.  She smiled happily to herself as she took a final look at my profile before facing me to the mirror.  I trailed my fingers across my jawline.  I looked surprisingly beautiful.  I wasn't quite sure I could actually look like this.  I swear Mani had put loads of make up on me but you couldn't even tell.  I looked flawless.

"Oh my god. Mani. I-" I was speechless.

Normani chuckled, "Lauren, you don't need to say anything.  Seeing you this happy means more to me than any set of words you could come up with." She shrugged, "Camila asked for this look anyways, I can't take too much credit.  Honestly, everything that happens tonight was all set up by her somehow.  You're in for quite a night, Laur." I leaned in to hug her but she pushed me away, "No more mushiness!  Get dressed, you'll be late!" She laughed, throwing the pair of pants Camila had picked out.
