2. Family Reunion

"Nona? , Girl where are you?" Savannah called out to Dona as she entered her suite. "Deee omg!" , Savannah hugged her best friend. "Finally , I missed you so much S" , Dona hugged her best friend and let out a peaceful sigh. It had been almost three years since Dona had met her best friend and she was glad she'd finally met her. 

"So shall we?" , Savannah asked. "Lets do this" , Dona smiled. "Dona you look stunning" , Theo smiled. "Hi Sav" , Theo hugged Savannah. "How are you?" , he asked her. 

"I'm good and you're still hot" , she winked at him. "I hope you aren't still with that sleazy Noah , he's an absolute piece of trash" , Theo sighed. "No , I broke up with him Theo. Don't worry I'm available now , so when's our first date" , she smiled and kissed his cheek. 

"Sorry to break it guys but we need to leave if you don't plan on me getting murdered by my mother" , Dona chucked nervously. "He's all your Dee , I need someone dangerous. Maybe I'll just hit on Caspian" , she dramatically flipped her hair and headed out.

"Caspian? My brother Caspian" , Dona gasped. "Yeah he's hot and single and I'm ready to mingle" , she headed to the car and sat behind. Only if this delusion crazy woman knew how Caspian was head over heels for her since childhood.

"Let's go Theo , my man awaits" , Savannah popped her head out and smacked Theo's head. "It's going to be fine D , you got this!" , Theo opened the door for her and ran back to the drivers seat. 

"Let's do this fam" , Savannah giggled and slowly took sips from her silver flask.

Donatelle entered the club house and smiled at everyone. Obviously her mother had outdone herself again , it was the first wedding in the family she had too keep up with her social status. 

Donatelle held on to Theo's arm as they entered the backyard. White flowers hanging from the artificial ceiling made out of fairy lights. Everyone was dressed in white with a flute of champagne dangling in their hands. Dona spotted her family standing in the front huddled together . People hadn't arrived yet except for her mother's team and a few other families. Dona looked out for Elijah and his family but they were no where in sight. 

"Let's go" , Theo held her hand as they walked towards her family. 

"Dona" , her father engulfed her into a bone crushing hug as he walked towards his daughter. "My baby girl" , his eyes were filled with unshed tears. "Dad , I missed you so much" , she cried. "I'm glad you're here baby , so happy" , he kissed her forehead and held her hand as they walked towards her mother and siblings. 

"Donatelle" , her mother smiled. "You look quite presentable, glad you could come" ,Orabelle squeezed her daughter's shoulder and stepped away. She was surprised to see her daughter's outfit. Her beautiful gown and make up , her straightened hair and no chubby fat. She looked so sleek and stylish. Her daughter had truly grown into the women she always wanted her to be but the thought of that made Orabelle mad. She felt a little upset. This wasn't her daughter , this wasn't how she use to be. What happened over all these years. 

"Donaaaa" , Athena squeezed Dona into a bone crushing hug. "I'm so happy you're here Dona , I love you the most sis" , she kissed her sister cheeks and hugged her. "OMG DON'T LEAVE US OUT" , Dona's older brother shouted and hugged his sister's followed by Rosalyn - Dona's oldest sister. "Aww would you look at that , all my babies" , Orabelle squealed in delight. "Over here" , she called out to the photographer. "Capture this , it will look good on my latest blog post. Handling motherhood and events. They all look so beautiful. Hurry up." , she ordered the poor man who made his way trying to capture the Evans sibling reunion.
