You were sick, hell you were past sick, you were dying and you were dying quick, the boys didn't notice because well you didn't make it noticeable to them, it hurt you knowing Castiel and the boys were finally warming up to you, even if the two were your brothers, they still hated you at some points. You walked out of your room a smile on your face as you hugged the two boys
"Come on Y/n were trying to work and you're being very fucking clingy" Dean growled making you frown a bit, you could feel it though, it was coming up your last day, you could feel it in your hea-
"BOYS! WE NEED HELP!" The two jumped up running to the random girls that were in the corner
"We need your help kissing our boo boos on our lips" one of them whimpered making you tear up that was until you started coughing, violently coughing, blood splattered on your hands and you ran into your room coughing more, you fell over on your bed, you closed your eyes only to open them and see your body on your bed and a reaper next to you
"Y/n/n you in there? Cas and Sammy wanna watch a movie" you heard Dean's voice through the door, you wiped your face quickly as you watch your brother walk in and freeze
"Y/n/n..come on wake up" he mumbled shaking you then feeling for a pulse
"SON OF A BITCH!" He yelled making the shit ton of people run to his aid behind the doorway
"Y/n...we love you and I know your still standing in this room...please don't let the reaper take you...stay here please..." he whimpered as Sam pushed everyone away to see his brother breaking down
"Dean...what? Why are you cryi-" he was cut off by seeing blood covered tissues all over your room
"No..."
"I can see if I can heal her" Castiel said walking up placing his fingers on your forward, you felt a force pull you towards your body making you groan as it yanked you back into your body, Dean smile watching your chest go up then down again
"Yes...." he whispered smiling softly hugging his baby sister
"I'm so so happy you're back.."
