Daniels POV

D : fuck aghh!!

The two cars collide and we crash. Some guy comes up to my car and tries to open the door but it won't budge. He speaks to me through the window.

??? : sir are you okay ?

D : n-no no no my leg. It's stuck.

???: okay I'm calling the ambulance what's your name ?

D : Daniel S-Seavey

???: okay I'm gonna go check on the other person.

I wait a little longer and my leg hurts so bad. It's bleeding so much. I had a cut on my head and my lips was bleeding.
Then everything goes black.

-GUYS POV-

The other driver was drunk and they arrested him. That guy that got hurt fainted from so much blood loss. The ambulance came and ripped the car apart to get him out and to safety at the hospital. I looked in the car to see for evidence. Finding his phone I look through his contacts to see if I could contact anyone.

I call the users names mom and dad but no answer. I ended up calling the user y/n which I was guessing was his girlfriend. I called and someone answered.

Y/n's POV :
I was asleep when someone called me. It was Daniel.

Y/n : hey what's up * yawns *

??? : hello this is Micheal. Are you Daniels girlfriend?

Y/n : yes and who's this ?

M : he got in a car crash and I thought I'd contact someone. He's been rushed to the hospital.

My heart dropped..

Y/n : what... o-okay thank you very much sir

M: happy to help.

-HANGS UP-

I got up, got dressed and ran out and into my moms car. Rushing to the hospital. I couldn't stop thinking of all the possibilities.

Y/n : * breathes heavily, sniffs *

I got to the hospital and called a nurse for information of where he was

N : mam no one is allowed to see him right now.

Y/n : I'm sorry I need to see him now.

N : I'm sorry but right now he's going through the emergency room. He's being treated. It's okay don't worry.

Y/n : mam.. please

N : I know I know. I'll see if I can get you in as soon as possible.

Y/n : * sniffs * thank you..

I go to sit down and wait and wait ... and wait forever. Then the nurse comes up to me.

N : you're allowed to see him now.

Y/n : okay

N : Come with me

I nod and follow her to the room. I thank her and walk in. But he wasn't awake yet. I take a seat in the chair next to the bed and hold his hand.

Y/n : * lightly cries *

I sat there holding his hand crying my eyes out.

Y/n : I'm so sorry. Why did this happen to you ? Look at you, who did this ? Who did this to you ?
I'm so sorry. I- * sighs *

I rub my thumb on his hand.

Daniel's POV :
I heard someone talking which made me wake up.

Y/n : daniel ?

D : y/n

Y/n : Daniel daniel it's me. You're awake.

I look down at her holding my hand and smile at her.  I slowly pick up my hand intertwined with hers and kiss her hand.

D : hey

Y/n : how do y-you feel ?

D : I don't know. I feel numb. And light headed.

Y/n : what do you mean ?

D : my body hurts.

Y/n : do you remember what happened?

D : yeah, but how did you know I was here ?

Y/n : some sweet man called me with the name of Micheal and he told me what happened?

D : that was his name oh yeah, yeah I remember.

Y/n : yeah, your leg ?

D : y-yeah I think it's broken.

She looks down

D : it's okay.

Y/n : I feel like this is my fault * sighs * because-

D : no, no baby this is not your fault. None of it is. It was that stupid ass drunk driver. It's his fault, which is why I'm like this.

Y/n : out of everyone it had to be you. It just had to be you.

I shrug and lay back. She stays quiet and lays her head back then closes her eyes.

D : this happened for a reason y/n.

She looks up

Y/n : okay ? I need a reason.

I chuckle at her response and sigh.

D: all I'm saying is that maybe this was good.

Y/n : what how could you say that ? This is no where near good. Like, someone dumbass hurt you.

D : calm down baby

I rub my thumb on her cheek, then she comes up to kiss me.

Y/n : umm I'll be back. I'm going to the pee room

She laughs and so do and I, she walks out.

Y/n's POV :
I walk down the hall and see the other patients when one of them catches my eye. I take a closer look and realized who it was

Y/n : J-jonah ?
