Mistake

I walk out of the hospital on tears knowing with just happened. What I just did...

I go to my room and open my journal. Sit down in my desk and write my feelings down on paper.

Daniels POV:
N : sir sir, can you hear me ?

D: y-yes.

I look to my side and I didn't see anyone except the nurse.

N : I'm going to bring you some medication for you to take. Because that fall wasn't good at all. You hit your head.

I scratch the back of me head and look at her in confusion.

D : huh. What fall ?

N : you fell.. off your bed trying to go after y/n I think was her name.

D : I don't remember. I think.

N : sir, do you know a girl by the name of y/n?

D : uh I'm sorry. N-no. I've never heard of her.

She looks at me in worry then sighs

N : would you excuse me please ?

D : mhm

The slim woman walks out and I'm left there in confusion. I say to myself....

D : who's y/n

I worry a bit then press the emergency button. The nurse comes in

N: yes what is it ?

D :c-can you tell me why I'm here? I don't remember. I c-can't I'm sorry.

The nurse tells me what happened but I just can't remember.

N: I got the news. You lost all your memory.

D : everything.

N: well yes most of it. I'm sorry

I look down at my pale hands not knowing what to say. She leaves and I grab my phone. I look through Instagram and go to my profile.

Y/n : ughh

I threw the pen across the room and threw my journal at the wall.

-ON THE PHONE-
Y/n : hey cris * sniffs *
C: hey what's up ? Are you crying ?
Y/n : yeah * softly cries * girl I have so much to tell you!!
C : save it. I'm coming over girlfriend
Y/n : * laughs *

Cris short for Cristina. She's amazing, a great friend. The best girl friend I have.

C: I'm here !!! Open the door !!

She said in the phone screaming.

Y/n : I'm hanging up!!

I walk down stairs and open the door receiving a big hug from her.

Y/n : * softly cries *
C : it's okay cmon. Let's go inside.

She pulls me in and we go upstairs to my room.

C: tell me what happened.

Y/n : you know daniel.

C: your best friend

Y/n : yes him. Okay so he recently told me he had feelings for me. Like 2 weeks ago. You know what that led to. I don't know if we were necessarily dating but I * sighs * I don't know. Then last night we had dinner here at the house, we watched a movie I fell asleep on the couch. I'm guessing he took me to my room. Then like at 3 in the morning someone calls me from Daniels phone * tears up * and they tell me he got in a car crash. Sorry I'm crying

C : no it's okay here

She hands me a box of tissues I had laying on the bed.

Y/n : thanks * sniffs * I get to the hospital, not until later like and hour later I get to see him. We talked and had a good time. He broke his leg though and he has some bruises but that's it.

C : could've been worse

Y/n : hm yeah. And then this is where it gets bad. L-like really bad. You know Jonah. Jonah Marais.

C : new kid ? Damn he's hot.

Y/n : yeah him we dated for a wh-

C : wait hold up. You guys dated ?

Y/n : yeah he liked me. I liked him. So you know.
Okay few days had passed and Daniel was acting really strange.

C : oh girl !

Y/n : I know ! So then Dani and Jonah got in a fight. Note which was because of me.....

Y/n : * softly cries * and now Daniel is in the hospital because of the whole crash thing.

C : woah. Im sorry come here

She pulls me into a hug and I cry on her shoulder.

Y/n : I just left him there. I think I made a mistake.

C : mhm. You need to go get him. He needs you right now at the most.

Y/n : thanks cris I don't know what I would do without you.

C : * laughs * I don't know what you  would do without me.
