Part 3

I slightly changed the last chapter ; Stefan isn't accompanying the Mikaelsons, he's stuck at home watching over Elena and his brother. Sorry Stefan fans but he will return, I promise. I have also just remembered I haven't described what Rosa looks like, so I'm going to let you decide what Scarlett's best friend looks like. Please enjoy!

Being that Rosa is the daughter of Silas, she has telepathy. Me and Rosa use this to talk to each other if we are separated or so we don't bring attention to each other. We call it mind linking. 'The smell of vampire is getting stronger' I think. 'I think I know why. Rebekah Mikaelson has just entered my class!' She telepathically communicates to me.  My eyes widen and I then look up to see Kol Mikaelson. 'Oh shit! Kol has just came in mine too!' I think, hoping Rosa can hear me. I quickly look back down to my work, only to hear the teacher introduce him. Then he says the worst thing possible. "Why don't you take he empty seat next to Scarlett." He said. I mentally face palmed and groaned aloud, knowing he can hear me. 'He's sitting next to me!' I think. 'Unlucky. Rebekah has at on the other side of the classroom to me.' She says in my head. 'What am I going to do?!' I think as he puts his bag down and takes his seat. 'First off, relax. I bet your heart is beating rapidly, and remember he can hear that so you need to be calm and collected.' I know she is right. But I can't help but glance at him. Only to regret it when he was looking at me with the most annoying smirk going. I look back to my book and continue with my work. However, I kept feeling his gaze on me, every so often throughout the lesson.

As soon as the bell went and class was dismissed, I practically sprint out of class and head straight for Rosa. As soon as I got to her I was about to speak when someone else beat me to it. "Hello, ladies." An unfamiliar British accent said. I turned toward the voice to come face to face with Kol. 'Be ordinary, Scarlett!' Rosa She says to me telepathically. I quickly think it over and decide she's right. So I end up pulling a smile and replying. "Hi. Kol is it?" "That's correct, Scarlett." He says in a slightly seductive tone, reaching for my hand and kissing the top of it. It takes a lot for me not to gag. "Let me introduce my sister Rebekah," he says pointing back to the blonde behind him. "Hi, it's nice to meet you, Rebekah." I say, giving a small wave. She just nods her head as a hello. "May I introduce Rosa," I say looking back to Rosa who was also behind me, only to find she has disappeared. 'Rosa! Where have you gone?!' She doesn't reply. I look back at them and find two has gone down to one. Rebekah has also made an exit. I start to slowly back away, knowing there is a door at the end of the hall, further behind me. Kol just stands there with a growing smirk. What's going on? Where have the other two gone? Have they found out what we are? All these questions rush through my head at lighting speed. I can feel my heart rate increasing rapidly. I keep my eye on Kol, making sure he doesn't leave my sight. I turn and try to run for the exit but fail completely when grabs me and slams me against the wall ; caging me in with his arms either side of my head. "Now that I've got your attention properly, I know you know about us." He says to me, serious. I'm about to reply ,when he beats me to it. "There is something to about you and you friend, Rosa. And we're not going to stop until we find out. Now if you're anywhere near smart you would be best to tell us what that is. Unless you want you bestie to ripped into pieces." He grins at me as he finishes. I can feel the anger boiling up inside me but I can't seem to reply. He notices my incapability to speak so he says, "Right then. Have a nice day." Amusement in his British accent as he lets me go and walks away. I just stand there, dumbfounded.

What am I going to do?
