Chapter 5

Chase's POV

"Bree!" I yell as I see them take her away.

"Stop it leave her alone!" I yell.

I run after them until I see them climbing up a ladder.

As soon as I reach the ladder it's gone.

"No!" I scream.

My job was to protect her and keep her safe.

And guess what? They took her away.

I feel tears streaming down my face.

Wait what?

Why am I crying?

I can't like Bree this much.

Yes you heard me I like Bree.

But seriously, she's beautiful, fun, playful, and brave.

She's everything I want in a girl.

I doubt she feels the same way though.

I can't cry.

It will only make me feel weak.

I suddenly remember I can track Bree down with my bionics.

I quickly track her down.

She's in... HollyWood?

It's impossible to get to Hollywood that fast.

Unless they were riding one of the first fastest airplanes in the world.

That's to dangerous for Bree.

"There's no way I can get there that fa-" "hey dude what are you doing here?" I hear a voice yell to me.

It sounds like the voice was coming from up so I look up.

I see a black airplane and look at the pilots seat.

I see my big brother Adam?

"Adam?" I scream.

"What are you doing here?" He asks.

"Um nothing but can you give me a ride to HollyWood?" I ask knowing he would not question me what I was really doing here.

"Ya dude but I'm not gonna be able to do what I wanted to do here" he says dropping the ladder.

I climb up the ladder and sit down.

"Thanks and what are you doing here?" I ask.

"Well I was gonna pet the penguins and polar bears but then I saw you" he says.

I give him a look but he ignores it and drives off.

You see the reason I didn't tell him about Bree was because well...

I never told him about Bree.
