After school, Jacob found Troye packing his locker. His locker was really really neat and he put really aesthetic photos and quotes inside. It was mostly pink and there was a post-it with "pretty boy" on it."Hey Troye," Jacob said. Troye jumped —literally jumped when he heard him.
"Oh, uh, hey Jacob," he said, his face red while trying to close his locker. Jacob figured he didn't want anyone to laugh at his girly locker. But it's actually really beautiful and he's probably the last person in the world whose going to criticize it.
"Well, your locker's beautiful, you know that?" Jacob said truthfully.
Troye blushed a beautiful shade of red and smiled a little, looking down. "Oh, this? Well, thanks..."

"Well, this is my home," Jacob said as he turned the lock and opened the door. It was a two roomed house.
"It's not much, but it's pretty cozy," Jacob smiled. His eyes widened when he saw how untidy his house was. "God, I did not remember it being so messy..." Jacob muttered.
"I'm so sorry," he apologized as he scooped up his clothes and dumped them elsewhere.
"It's ok," Troye smiled.
There was the living room with a small kitchen. The wallpapers were dark blue and there was a table with a chair in the middle of the room. There was a small tv and a small couch just fit for two person.
His room was connected to a bathroom. His room was actually really messy. Clothes and books were everywhere around the floor and Troye had to really watch where he's putting my foot. In the middle of the room was a queen sized bed with white sheets and a bedside table with a lamp.
"Um, where do I sit?" Troye asked.
"Oh just...." Jacob said scooping away his clothes off the floor. "On the bed?"
Troye nodded and obeyed. He was very good at obeying.
They worked quietly together, writing chemistry formulas and making their PowerPoint on their laptops. As they were working, Jacob noticed how serious Troye looked when he was working, how his eyebrows scrunched together when he didn't understand the formula.
And Troye was so good to work and spend time with. Jacob noticed how he would throw his head back to laugh so loudly and show his dimples at Jacob's jokes and how his cheeks would turn pink, and how his eyes twinkle when he smiles at Jacob.
Troye just, he just has this soft and calm and soothing aura around him that makes Jacob feel warm and fuzzy inside. And he just wants to wrap himself around Troye forever and ever.
It's ten thirty and they were eating cup noodles for their dinner. Of course neither of them has dinner this late but they forgot.
"Troye?" Jacob said. They were sitting on the couch now they finished their late dinner.
"Yeah?" Troye answered.
"Do you um, do you want to stay for the night?" Jacob asked, almost nervously. These kind of questions doesn't bother Jacob but he just, he didn't know anything about Troye at all and he just- fuck he just wanted to be perfect for Troye.
"I, um..." Troye said, bending his fingers, blushing, looking down and biting his lip. "I....I have a roommate and um he's uh waiting for me. I, he probably has his friends with him, and um I ...." Troye sounded so frantic like he's scared to go back to his house.
"Do you want to stay here?" Jacob asked gently. Troye nods hard, a little too hard maybe, like he would go to anywhere but his house.
"Then maybe you can text your roommate and tell him you won't be coming home today?" Jacob said. Troye took a deep breath and nodded, getting his phone. He could just feel his nervousness radiating off him.
"Well?" Jacob said.
"He... he said yes," Troye answered, putting away his phone but still looking down. Jacob can almost sense that he's lying. But why did he have to lie?
