We all know losing weight is hard.. I know I would much rather have Pizza and twinkles and chicken wings and cake..

Tips:

Smaller portions help a lot

Try and cut soda and junk food

Have junk food in moderation

Losing weight does not just happen.. give it time

When losing weight, do not compare yourself to others..it will make you feel bad and make you wanna eat food

Never use pills ( unless a doctor or nutritionist gave you a ok on pills )

Never starve yourself.. Starving yourself can cause hair loss, loss of teeth, body aches and even death.

My last tip is.. love your body... Loving your body will help in weight loss... Even if you are 20,30,40 or even 100 pounds overweight., now that you are beautiful and any boy would be lucky to have you...
