The next morning, around ten A.M, Sam got a text from Colby that read: Corey's alone rn. Meet me downstairs to ask him to cover for us tonight?
Sam texted back, Good idea, I'm coming.
He went down the steps, taking two at a time and saw Colby and Corey sitting on the couch, watching the TV.
"Hey," Sam started, "We kinda have a favor to ask of you."
"Ok. As long as it's not one of your three AM challenges 'cause I'm not ready to die," Corey replied jokingly.
"Nah," Colby said, "It's about, you know, us. We're going on a fancy date tonight and we're not ready to tell the other roommates so we need someone to cover for us."
Corey erupted into a huge grin and soon Sam and Colby couldn't help but smile too.
"Of course I'll help, it's not even a question. What's the plan?"
Colby and Sam made brief eye contact and Sam started talking, "We're gonna say we're out on an exploration vid and we'll sneak our because it'll look kind of suspicious wearing suit and tie to do a vid."
Cory took a pause before talking and tried to withhold a smile that that creeping to the surface, "I'm honestly so happy for you guys." The pair looked at each other and blushed palpably. "I'll make sure no one is downstairs so you guys can just walk out of the front door. When are you leaving?"
"Around, um, seven?" Colby said, looking at Sam for approval.
"Yeah. We'll text you when we come back so we know the coast is clear," Sam said.
"Sounds good. Now, I am gonna go wake up Devyn because she told me not to let her sleep in too long today." Corey said as he got up from the couch. Truthfully, though, Corey was just making up an excuse to leave them alone together.
"That worked out well," Sam said, moving closer to Colby and leaning his head against his shoulder.
Colby put his arm around him and sighed, "Sooooo...where should we go tonight?"
"Well, I know you don't need to schedule a reservation to go to Cloudless Heights."
"Oh, that's a classy place. I'll try to look nice."
"You never have to try, you always look amazing."
Colby squeezed him with his arm and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. Sam nuzzled into Colby, even though it seemed impossible for them to be any closer. They heard a scuffle down the hall and immediately jumped apart to opposite ends of the couch, both missing each other's warm embrace. Buddy came around the hall and they were both relieved it wasn't a roommate.
"It's just Buddy," Sam said, talking more to himself than Colby.
"I can't wait until we can be alone." Colby said longingly.
"I know, me too...but for now, I need to take a shower because I basically slept through yesterday after we made out. You, Dr. Colby, were right; I was definitely sleep deprived and dehydrated."
"Always trust my diagnosis, Mr. Golbach, I'm always right." Colby said as they laughed together.
Sam untangled himself from cuddling with Colby and slowly stood up, reluctant to leave his warmth. As he walked up the stairs, Colby's eyes followed up the stairs and then he was left alone.
The rest of the day passed by agonizingly slowly and both boys tried to occupy themselves with anything distracting. Sam had put himself to work on editing a video for his channel, even though he was already a whole month ahead. Colby had gone out around twelve forty-five to Walmart and took Jake with him. They had both made a nonverbal agreement not to see each other until that night so they could be surprised, somehow they understood each other in that way.
Minutes apart from each other turned to hours and Sam took a look at his clock that read 5:40 pm. T-Minus an hour and twenty minutes until he needed to be 100% ready. It would take Sam around forty-five minutes to get dressed, but if he took a shower he could keep himself from anxiously watching the clock until it was time. Sam headed to the bathroom with towel, his waterproof shower speaker that connected via Bluetooth to his phone. He turned on the water to a boiling hot temperature, steaming up the mirror so he couldn't even see his own reflection. He stripped down to nothing then stepped into the hot water and curved his back into the little sprinkles that sprayed his body. He heard his speaker ping on and his spotify playlist kicked in. "She Looks so Perfect" by Five Seconds of Summer started up just quiet enough that it wouldn't bother the other roomates and Sam smiled openly, not worrying about anyone else seeing him. He tapped his feet to the guitar and drums and splashed the water around.
Sam had never admitted this to anyone, but he always thought of Colby when he heard this song. They'd sing/screamed it, unable to contain their excitement, when they left Kanses together and headed for Los Angeles. It was a sink or swim moment in life, and so far, they were swimming. More importantly, though, they were swimming together. Sam couldn't help but think of him then, all-consuming and dirty thoughts that he couldn't shake.
*SMUT WARNING*
His lips taste so frickin' good...he was so rough and manly when we were making out...the way he grinded on me made my mouth water...I wonder how big his dick is?
Sam looked down and realized that he had a throbbing boner from thinking about Colby.
Oh shit! He thought, Well, maybe it would be good to get some of my "energy" out beforehand...
Sam started to slowly stroke his erection as the pellets of water hit his skin. He thought of kissing Colby and unconsciously sped up, keeping up to the steady rhythm of the song. He kept pumping up and down his long cock, trying to hold in moans. He bit down on his bottom lip hard and squeezed his eyes shut until all he could see was inky blackness. He felt water steadily pounding on his chest and his hand moved rapidly up and down his shaft with Five Seconds of Summer's beat. He worked his hand faster and faster and faster until he felt a familiar rush of adrenalin and burst of pleasure. He almost bit his own lip off from holding in his thunderous groans as he came. Little did he know that Colby was right outside the door and could hear the combination of repressed grunting with slapping skin, which only meant one thing. Colby felt a shiver run down his spine and listened in for a couple seconds until he saw Aaron coming around the corner.
Colby quickly darted into his room and sat on his bed, making sense of what he'd just heard. He sighed with lust and checked his phone for the time as heard the water turn off and the hairdryer turn on. It was 6:03 pm, just about time for him to start getting ready. He peered into his closet and looked for the suit that they had bought together their first couple of months living in L.A. It was a sleek black with shiny lapels contrasted with the rest of the matte material. He paired it with matching pants, dress shoes, and a white button-up. The last thing he needed was a tie; he could go with a classic black and it would match well, or wear his grey one that would draw the eye well and be a little bit more bold. He decided on the grey and put it all together to create his "date night" outfit.
By 5:52, Sam had finished his shower and finished himself off in the process. He ran his fingers through his soaking wet hair and inhaled. It smelled of his slightly minty shampoo which always made him feel refreshed and clean. He towelled off his body, soaking up the little water droplets from head to toe. He started his after-showering routine by turning on the blow dryer and lightly drying his light blonde hair. After it was about halfway dry, he decided to stop so it would dry somewhat naturally. He took the towel and wrapped it around his torso so he could slip into his room. A flash of a white body and an even whiter towel crossed the hallway for a millisecond before it went into Sam's bedroom and shut the door behind it.
