I was born, May 30th of 1997 at around 5:00pm. I was an early child, and was somewhat "sickly" so I was placed in an incubator for a week. Finally I was released from the hospital and brought home. My parents had their best friends over. Kara and Dec Ark, to celebrate they stayed up late playing card games and of course...holding me *rolls eyes*.

When I was two, I had a picture of Jesus on my wall and I would talk to him, my Uncle Dec said that what I said was, "Bone chilling" and apparently I would actually wait for answers from Jesus. That's when I started talking to him when I was two. He was my best friend and I would talk to him for two hours strait.

I began a relationship with him when I turned 3. I was sitting out on the porch with my mom on a cold brisk morning, I think in April, and invited Jesus into my life.

I was so happy! I was a Christian. All was right with the world.

The next year I found out I was to be an older sister. I was happy even though I really didn't understand what it meant.

9 months later my mom brought Kaylee Lynn (real name) into the world, she cried a lot...not gonna lie, no that's sugar coating it...she screamed whenever mom put her down. I was NEVER neglected as a child, but it's safe to say the attention I got grew pretty scarce. My name in this story is Alex. (Not a real name)

Well, as Kaylee and I grew up we quickly became friends, close friends, and soon best friends. We did everything together, and soon she was 3 and I was 5.

Black mold began growing in our house, and our Dr. Said, "Get those kids out now!" So my Mom my sister and I went to Missoula MT a few hours from where we lived at the time.

Dad stayed home and fixed the roof, we where gone for 3 weeks and I was so happy when we got home.

The next year I turned 6 Kaylee turned 4 (just so you know the screaming never halted) and we moved for the first time, we moved. Our new house was much bigger than our old trailer but still not huge, Kaylee and I shared a room, and became even closer as friends the goof ball was always cracking jokes and making me laugh. Skipping ahead two years, Kaylee was now 2 days from turning 6 and I was now 8.

It suddenly happened on that Thursday night of April 6th, two days before Kaylee was to turn six. We where running home from a friends house, racing, of course with our other friend, Amy who lived just behind us. As we ran up my driveway I turned around to see Kaylee throw her hands up in the air, and face plant into the neighbors yard, "Really Kaylee?" I said annoyed running to her, she always was so dramatic, I knelt down next to her and heard her sighing, as though she where crying, "Mom-?" I looked back to see mom fast walking towards us as only she did when we where in trouble. My dad came out of the garage confused, then saw Kaylee. He ran over and picked her up, "Kaylee say something! Anything!" Where his words of urgency. He laid her down in the yard and began CPR the nurse from across the street came to help before I ran back to my friends house to get her parents as an 8 year olds mind always thinks, "Surely more adults can help." I stayed a long time at that friends house, waiting for my sister to return from the ER.
