"I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU PUKED ON ME!"Luke yelled.
We sat in a limo, Peter and Luke on side and Donny and Lacey on the other. Luke had changed into an oversized red shirt and light blue pants. He looked like a neon sign, bursting with anger. Peter had combed his hair and held a little pink teddy bear for Hail. Lacey had completely gone nuts with makeup and in the eyes of Peter, looked pretty. Inside, anxiety covered Lacey. Her best friend was a fifteen minute drive. It had been ten. Five more minutes.
"I could not hold it in."Donny said, sighing.
"Two minutes. Just two dang minutes."Luke said, eating more gummy bears."The hostess was bringing the bag in two minutes."
Luke tossed over to the side and opened the car window. He stuck his head out.
"HAILESTORM, IM COMING TO SEE YOU!'He shouted, laughing his head off.
"Okay look this is the neighrborhood."Lacey said, smiling."Her house. . .THAT ONE!"
Lacey screamed and nearly fell out of the car. The driver pulled up to a nice brick two-story house with yellow and dark brown spots and plants tossed everywhere. The first thing Lacey heard was music. This was the house. Voodoo Doll was blasting at full volume.
Luke was the first to knock. Peter hugged the pink teddy while Donny smiled and got out the camera. Lacey just stood there for a moment in awe.
A girl, with dark brown hair and gorgeous eyes looked at us. She was singing loudly and wore a floral crop top with a black tank top underneath and a pink flower crown and skinny jean capris and mix matched socks.
Lacey's eyes welled up with tears. Hail looked into Lacey's eyes and smiled light.
"Lacey?"She said, her voice breaking."Is that you?"
Lacey shook her head and bit her lip. She couldn't wait anymore. She rushed up and hugged Hail tighter then anything. Hail sobbed and the music kept playing, and then Luke piled on, and then Peter, and Donny took a thousand pictures.
"Together forever?"Lacey said, covered in her own tears of happiness.
"Forever."
