As Reno was leaving the airplane, he had the biggest grin stretching the width of his face. He was going to see his family for the first time in two years
Reno had served a LDS mission in Houston, Texas. He had a pretty successful time and it was very enjoyable for him, but it was time to come home. He missed his family so much, but there was one person he had missed especially.
He came through the airport, and he saw his whole family standing there with a sign that read WELCOME HOME ELDER BAILEY.Kirsten, Reno's mother, couldnt believe that her little boy went on a mission. She felt so old. Like her whole life just flew bye. But now her little boy, that she missed so much, is back and they can finally be a whole family again.
Richard, Reno's father, was a mans man. He went on his mission in Houston, Texas as well. Reno met some of the people that his father taught and made great relationships down there. Richard didn't want to show it, but he missed his boy so much. More than Kirsten. Which is saying a lot. He didn't have anyone to throw the ball around with or watch the Chiefs game with. He missed all the good times. But now he'll get them all back.
Reno looked at his family, he saw his mother and his father, his two sisters, Kira and Eliza. But there was one person he was extremely excited to see again. He looked for them but he couldn't see them. A little disappointed he ran towards his family and hugged all of them. His youngest sister Eliza was 8. Reno left when she was just 6 and didn't get to see her baptism. Which made him sad but so glad that she was happy. Kira was a high school Junior when he left. He couldn't believe she was done with school. it blew Reno's mind.
"When is she?" Reno asked
"Paige? She's right here." Kirsten smiled
Paige emerged from the hallway smiling and ran into Reno's arms in tears,
"I missed you so so so much, you wouldn't believe it." she said sobbing
"I missed you to, kid." Reno looked at her and wiped the tears from her face and hugged her tightly, never wanting to let go.Reno's life was finally complete, he had went on his mission, he had the love of his life in his arms, and he finally felt happy with himself for the first time in years. He couldn't ask for anything better.
