No. Not doing this. I focused on the sounds behind me. Another footfall came into hearing. I heard 3 pairs of footsteps walking slowly behind me, so I panicked.
I ran. All the 12 miles to town, gasping from the exhileration. I hid in a alley, away from the square. I thought I was safe there. Guess not.
The only thing I remember is falling backwords and someone saying they were sorry.
